This is a mirror like TV for your bathroom that has a full blown Google TV built in. Allows for a range of inputs such as HDMI, RF, and USB drives. It can output 2 channel RCA audio and have optical audio inputs.
The mirror tv is best mounted in areas where there is minimal lighting directly in front of the TV to minimize glare. However, I was able to mount it low enough to avoid glare from a window even though it was directly behind it.
From Google TV you can add all kinds of streaming services and apps to it as you like. Accessing information is as easy as navigating to the app and viewing things like weather.

Perfect for people that take an eternity on the toilet!
This is a definitely a "Don't Buy It, You Don't Need It." item.
This will drag out my entire bathroom stay no matter what I’m doing 😩
Lol.. please do not mount this in the bathroom. In front of the sink is better.
Clean your LCD TV screen really good and it becomes a mirror. That’s slightly tinted.
You’re welcome. 😐
Good for constipated people. They should install this in all senior centers.
Why not just install a regular TV?
If I look in the mirror and I see a handsome man: 10/10. If I look in the mirror and see not handsome man: 2/10 it’s broken.
Be careful tho. Sitting on the toilet for long could be bad for your health 😭
Edit: nvm you said it at the end of the video haha
Yep, best in front of the sink if at all.
@@BeatTheBush yep just watch a quick beat the bush video while brushing / flossing 😆
I had learned that sitting too long on the toilet can lead to constipation, so I just snap one out as quickly as possible, and my cell phone's good enough for the longer ones
Looks like a cool flex item if I wanted to add it to a bathroom I'm remodeling. I was wondering if it's watchable viewing from the bathtub if you are viewing at a 45 degree angle where the mirror/tv hangs above the sink. Or would the mirror have too much reflection viewing it if it's not viewed head on.
It'll have too much reflection if there is something right at the same angle from above, say a skylight or light fixture. Really depends on the angle.
I think this is perfect for certain types of entertainment.
You should travel to Japan and search for new tech, would be great to see nice tech.
I did watched Bright Sun Travels' video on Disney's Fantasy cruise ships and apparently they integrated TV in the bathrooms of their "Concierge" rooms which I thought that's cool.
But would I have it in my home? Not for media consumption imo but I rather have it act as an dashboard that shows me the weather, calendar, tasks, basically a small HUD type of deal that provides information that also gets out of your way. Something like DAKboard.
Just have one question why does anyone need this ?
No one needs this really. It's used to show off.
❤
How much voltage does it draw when the TV is off????
It’s highly efficient and my watt meter shows 0.0W
How constipated are we?
too much work. i just bring my ipad to the bathroom. 😂
But if it's there already would you not use it?
@@BeatTheBush i would think there is a set up/take down cost of using it even if its already there. lets say i was halfway through a show on my pc and i run to the toilet. by the time i catch up to the spot on the bathroom tv, wouldn't my business be done already? and i feel like for this kind of product the target audience doesnt wanna face even the slightest friction in their viewing experience lol
May have a seamless transfer if you use Google TV from one product to another.
I guess you could blame any noises on the TV
seems totally unecessary, what happened to "dont need it dont buy it". also, i would wrap that remote in plastic, that would get unsanitary fast.
It's a phrase too often misapplied since you could say a fancy dinner is not needed when rewarding yourself for a week well done. Granted, this TV Mirror is more extra than a lot of things I have been reviewing.
This seems to me the perfect totally useless marketing gimmick / resource wasting junk. Why not simply use your smartphone or tablet instead while taking a dump?
I call this... 'extra', it works in many ways.
Cool but pointless. Everyone has an iPad
At least for this you don't have to hold it up and you get a bigger screen. Can you make do without it? Sure.
@@BeatTheBush yes. Maybe it says something about us that we can't even do without some sort of entertainment even for a bathroom break
@jchong416Too much short term gratification, consuming too much attention economy, thus limiting use of mental, emotional bandwidth for more important things. Doesn't help much to build up resiliency. Quite frankly, it's just a distraction.
Oh dear! Who buys a TV for 5 minutes use a day. Otherwise put who spends enough time in the bathroom to justify buying a TV there. It's just stupid.
