RGV is one of the best film-makers we have in the indian industry right now... I have liked almost all his films... He is different from others and not into stupid MASALA films so people who only like those sorts of leave-your-brain-at-home films hate him... Keep hating him , RGV doesn't give a crap about you haters... HE is the most talented and versatile film-maker who keeps surprising us with his films.

RGV created many famous people. He discovered Manish malhotra by giving a chance in Rangeela. The director, story writer & dialogue writer, music director of Chak De India movie were the members of RGV's company. He discovered them too. Many of his crew who are talented & successful get placed in Yash Raj films.
