    Fyi: Just remember when using these manual drills when drilling holes, start drilling with smaller bits and work your way up to the size you need. This will also keep you from making your hole too big. This may take a bit more time and effort. I find it to make drilling less frustrating and much easier.
    Just like using power drills. Their instructions tell you to start small and work your way up. Drill bits can over heat and break.
    Thank you for your video. It took me a bit to find it, I won't be returning my device now. I will be putting your link into my review, as I had purchased the first device you demonstrated and it has been in the drawer for almost 6 months now, because my husband and I couldn't figure out how to use it.
    None of these devices come with any kind of instructions, that's probably the biggest reason for their returns.🙂

    Thank you so much! I needed this video. I bought this few years back but it came without any instructions. I fiddled around with it a few times but couldn’t get it to work. Since then its in my storeroom collecting dust, but now I will give it another go. It would be very handy for jewellery making! I personally use screw top test tubes to store those little bits and bobs - It might make things a bit easier.

      I did the same! Thought it was broken or something. Now I find it's brilliant on plastic. I'm turning my sons' needle caps into end caps for jewellery (he's type 1 diabetic so I have an endless supply). It easily drills into the top of the cone, just need to trim off the lip at the base. I'm going to try and plastic primer on it and see what effects I can apply. Super tutorial thanks.

      And actually now I think of it his test strip pots would be perfect for storing bits.

    Hey! Thank you for a very much needed and excellent explanation of the tools in such a calm manner; which was easy to follow and a pleasure to watch! Do you know how long it took to find you! Again, I want to say a humungous "Megladon" of a thank you for the calm tutorial if the hand drill! I thought I was losing my mind because the smallest drill part wasn't 'holding' but I watched your slow and relaxed stance, and hey-presto, I figured out where my issue was .
    Many other videos rush the assembly if the hand drill, which is mind a frustrating as I'm not wonder woman with 20 20 vision!!
    I noticed that you held it in place and screwed it in place also commenting not to put it down too far or too high. Wow your the only woman who took her time. So many thanks 👍😁
    Kind regards,
    Fellow crafts girl xx

      @@coobyliciouscrafts Hey it's my pleasure you deserve it after a well edited and informative video. In trained in art and design but tryst me, That small not drill was doing my tree right in so it goes to show doesn't it! Never mused one before until I needed it recently and without instructions, the tiny wee bit was lose and I must of fiddled until my fingers were done!!! So thanks.
      It's the ONLY part of the mini iron drill (silver not black edition...and the smallest drill bit) that doesn't sit snug and IS loose! Which I was fitting and holding but was convinced it wasn't right as all other parts sat firm in the head of the drill but you showed me I was doing it right and with that biy you had to hold it and THEN twist. I was doing thst but thought "nah, way would that part be different to all other drill sizes?".. .but no you did the same and said not to make it too high etc.
      All other videos showed that BUT was waaaaaay to fast to the point I watched several times! The word 'click bait' sprung to mind hah haha! Joking....👍😋
      No seriously you took your time and showed me I wasn't wrong just needed verifying it and confirmed drill angle so cheers. Great stuff...I'm glad I found your clip otherwise I'd be in a bonkers mindset lol! Xx

    • @coobyliciouscrafts

      As these rely on wrist and hand power and they are craft drills so the material isn’t as strong as a big drill I am not sure they would have enough speed and strength to get through metal, they may get through very thin sheeting but I fear they would struggle with much more. I have not tried this so I cannot be sure xx Sorry I cannot be more help xx The little clamp could be used with a bigger drills as it has a nice little bit of weight to it and is very useful I use it quite often xxx Hope this info is useful xx

    Ciao. Volevo semplicemente sapere se questi mini Trapani manuali sono veramente affidabili e duraturi, oltreché resistenti.
    Non vorrei ritrovarmi tra le mani un giocattolino 😅.
    Grazie mille se mi fai sapere.

      Ciao, trovo che il mio piccolo nero sia più robusto di quello argento. Sono ottimi per l'artigianato e io ho usato il mio molte volte, ma se vuoi usarlo molto forse uno elettrico potrebbe avere più longevità ed essere più delicato sulle tue mani poiché le mie mani si stancano dopo un po' xx Spero che questo aiuti xx 💖🤗 xx

    • @coobyliciouscrafts
      @coobyliciouscrafts  Год назад +2

      Sorry for late reply huni xx Which part are you having an issue with ? xx Have you found the drill size you wanted and followed how I loaded the drill ready to use ? After it is loaded you use it in the same manner as the black one the only difference is the loading and the size pieces. If you are finding the drill bit is moving or sinking into the drill try a smaller size holder and tighten as best you can they can be tricky at times xx Hope this helps if not feel free to message back xx I don’t always get notifications on messages but il look out for your reply today xx

    • @coobyliciouscrafts
      @coobyliciouscrafts  2 года назад +1

      I don’t think these little drills would be strong enough for metal, perhaps the little thin craft sheets of metal but certainly not thick metal. My little drills wouldn’t be strong enough and I’m sure my hands wouldn’t be either. I will have a little go though and see 🤗 Thank you for watching xx

    do these go through glass, stone, bone? and if these are manual [yes] how do u keep the item straight held in place? I could hardly understand the names of your hand drills ... I guess u'd like me to go to your site. I will, so I can get up to speed --- I am glad you are successful --- but I found this a bit confusing as a on the horizon beginner

    • @sirianstaroracleintheageof4791
      @sirianstaroracleintheageof4791 10 месяцев назад

      I just went to amazon, it says this manual hand drill will go through material I am interested in using --- I am just used to hearing of others having battery operated or cord for bone, claws, stone ... have you ever seen a bisson jaw? I dunno if a hand small drill will go through that

    • @coobyliciouscrafts
      @coobyliciouscrafts  10 месяцев назад +1

      I’m sorry I don’t have a site I don’t sell these drills I’m just a crafter that shares my knowledge that I’ve learned with people to help xx I have never used them to go through such hard materials, if you have a steady gentle firm pressure they will go through surprisingly hard resin and plastic but as for glass and stone I am not sure xx I have never handled bone so I have no knowledge of how hard a material it is x I’m so sorry I can’t be more helpful but I don’t want to give you wrong advice or information x My best advice would be to message the sellers on Amazon and ask if they have any further information for you xxx I hope you find what your looking for xx 💖 xx
