My best friend actually won the 12 and under regionals and got to compete in the National Tournament in CA! He had one of the NES carts as a winner - damn thing is worth SO MUCH now!!!

It’s been optimally configured for the NES NSO controller as well. You can tell by some prompts and you can exit with R button to Switch menu and capture screen with L, exactly like the NES online.

I wish they had like tournament brackets with random challenge games fighting for who the champion is because they used to do that in the actual Nintendo world championships
