They add parts and information that is not in the Quran from hadiths and their own interpretation. They phrase certain verses in a way where it can be considered a translation while still being different enough from the original to suit their agenda. I recommend you read it I'm Arabic because no translation is perfect but my favorite English translation is "the clear Quran by Mustafa Khattab" and you can download the app from the play store for free.

As I was never concerned by Quran translations (Arabic is my mother tongue) , and because they never taught me Religious vocabulary in the Languages I learned (French , Spanish, English and some Japanese ) ; would you mind to tell me which verse has term " best of deceivers? " so I can check the Arabic original term ? Don't forget that translation can alter the " FEELING & Perception " one has about words 🙂
