Pro #3 also Burr Ridge has "anti-monotony code" in their zoning laws so you'd be hard pressed to find two homes that look alike within the single family home community.

Burr ridge is more conservative then hinsdale. They send to private because of that as much as it not being in burr ridge being a issue.
