Don’t Buy the pub. But Bitcoin. It will perform 100x that stupid pub without the stress of owning a business or real estate. Also….Tell us how your MSTX is doing!
Down ~$2.5k on $MSTX. I have solid positions in BTC and crypto, but what do you think about the idea of buying physical assets to diversify. I actually been thinking of maybe gold or silver coins also
Diversifying is good, but I truly believe Bitcoin is the granddaddy of investments and will outperform everything else, including real estate. Owning physical property, like a pub or restaurant, comes with liabilities, stress, taxes, employees, and a lot of management headaches. For me, at 52, I’ve decided to simplify. I sold both a personal home and a rental, moved in with my mother-in-law who needed help and I got rid of all debt and invested everything into Bitcoin and MicroStrategy. That decision has already 10x’d my money, and I believe Bitcoin and MSTR will still 20x from here. It’s more stress-free investing with no tenants or lawsuits or property taxes to worry about. I certainly respect your thoughts on diversification (maybe a bit of gold and silver is worth holding too), but the more I learn about Bitcoin and what MSTR is doing the more I’m doubling down on it. I ran across your channel looking for people talking about MSTX and thought I would gamble a bit on that. Glad you’re putting context out. I should too but just a chicken.
If you're looking for whats optimal I think it'd be 70% BTC and 30% MSTR according to the kelly criterion. Sina has a good video on it ruclips.net/user/livehYqzp_-bMZ0 But with that said, you really have to enjoy your investments. For example, I dont own any Cardano because it would be a chore for me to follow Cardano news -- it doesn't speak to me. So if you think you will really enjoy owning a bar then go for it... plus you could pay Seinfeld royalties and make it Kramer themed
I have a few ideas that I think could honestly open new revenue streams for pubs, which are still pretty untouched by technology. Maybe I should do a video on it. Thanks for the link I will check it out
