The kitchen will be a major feature for your villa since its open kitchen concept, it needs to be beautifully designed. Look for more interior designers and compare prices. Kitchen are expensive, so are bedroom closets. 10000$ is worth a beautifully modern design kitchen, plus you can source ofher interior designers and compare the prices. Do not try a village like kitchen in that Villa. The guy who did Nasto's kitchen maybe for the first floor kitchen and your bedroom kitchen.

You need to start and finish projects around the house instead of jumping from one thing to another. The house will never be completed if you keep doing that.
He should have invested the money in the house instead of the fish pond and some other things. He does not even have water running properly in his house and he is thinking about a swimming pool. I wonder if he knows what it takes to keep a swimming pool bacteria free. From what I see, if the pool is not sanitized every day and have a continuous flow of water, people will get a lot of infections, especially women. These people are not trained on how to look after swimming pools. We don't build like that in the Caribbean. We finish our house first, then do other things.

If you are interested in renting out your villa whenever you’re not there then the kitchen has to have a big island, big stove,plenty of storage and utilities. I'm sure that Ro's doctor has already discussed monitoring blood samples for signs of Gestational Diabetes which is a very common diagnosis during pregnancy. Monitoring your glucose levels twice daily at home with a glucose monitoring device, which every home should have, will alert both you and Ro of the need to adjust your food intake accordingly. Less Ugali, potato and rice should be considered if the fruits u consume for breakfast result in elevated glucose levels. Eat more proteins for breakfast to help balance sugar intake. 😊
I watch the amount of fruits Dee eats. If she does not stop eating so much fruit everyday, sometime in her lifetime she will end up with diabetes. Also, there are covers you can put over the pool and a filtration system to augment problems of things getting into the water. Place is looking really nice!
Marwa i would kindly advice you to do a modern kitchen being fixed by professional installers .also don’t use tiles instead you need to use back panels at the back of cabinets, for the scatting you need to use the aluminum one it’s non rustic and easier to clean usually this days plastic legs is installed then the aluminum skirting so it will prevent water from entering or reaching the cabinets when cleaning. Atlist you can get a good company who can do everything for you including the kitchen and wardrobes of the house kitchen Appliances and granite work they will do installation and evything if interested I can connect you to good guys who can do evything for you at cheaper price and you will like the kind of work they do .

This time of year I would let the cows poop all over the compound before the big rains come as natural fertilizer if you spread corn on the cow poop the chickens and other birds will scratch it and spread it for you (you need more chickens with so much land. also spread some compost in the Napier grass they will also take off when the rain comes. good job letting the pasture rest as much as possible let the grass grow to seed inside the compound if possible. before letting the animals back and keep training the horses to find grass outside the compound they are smarter than you think just train them. plant those last two banana by the river to stop erosion you can plant it yourself and show us!

I watch the amount of fruits Dee eats. If she does not stop eating so much fruit everyday, sometime in her lifetime she will end up with diabetes. You could put the swimming pool further away from the house and trees you love, where it is free from any of those problems of the leaves falling in. A nice compromise to cutting them down. Also, there are covers you can put over the pool and a filtration system to augment problems of things getting into the water. Place is looking really nice!

Marwa i would kindly advice you to do a modern kitchen being fixed by professional installers .also don’t use tiles instead you need to use back panels at the back of cabinets, for the scatting you need to use the aluminum one it’s non rustic and easier to clean usually this days plastic legs is installed then the aluminum skirting so it will prevent water from entering or reaching the cabinets when cleaning. Atlist you can get a good company who can do everything for you including the kitchen and wardrobes of the house kitchen Appliances and granite work they will do installation and evything if interested I can connect you to good guys who can do evything for you at cheaper price and you will like the kind of work they do .

This time of year I would let the cows poop all over the compound before the big rains come as natural fertilizer if you spread corn on the cow poop the chickens and other birds will scratch it and spread it for you (you need more chickens with so much land. also spread some compost in the Napier grass they will also take off when the rain comes. good job letting the pasture rest as much as possible let the grass grow to seed inside the compound if possible. before letting the animals back and keep training the horses to find grass outside the compound they are smarter than you think just train them. plant those last two banana by the river to stop erosion you can plant it yourself and show us!
