General Appraiser! Nice. I bet you look at lots of data to dial your numbers in. Had a lot of appraisers call me over time asking about buys and sells trying to figure out which ones to use for comps.

Hey Luke, maybe this was your intent to keep it simple but Zillow doesn't remove the 90 day filter when switching to FOR SALE so the true ratio may be skewed a bit? However, velocity is still solid. Take care!
