I know a lot of people are upset that Din chose to not see Grogu and that Luke gave Grogu the choice. But it isn’t just about sparing Grogu more pain to see Mando it was also about not causing Din more pain. Deep down he knows that his life isn’t necessarily a good one for trying to care for a foundling child with Force abilities like Grogu. And Ashoka said that if he didn’t get trained in the ways of the Force that eventually his powers would fade and that will leave him more vulnerable. And as Luke reminds Grogu, he will definitely outlive Mando by a lot! Mando is probably in his late 30’s/early 40’s. Grogu won’t be mature enough to be on his own for another 100+ years. In 40-50 years Mando will be gone and Grogu would be alone again. So we have to wonder is it really the best idea for Grogu to go with Mando or stay with Luke and learn the ways of the Force so he can look after himself when the need arises??? It can’t always be about emotions it is dangerous to focus solely on feelings and not mix it with logic and rational thought. That’s what Anakin did and it destroys him.
I don’t disagree. But I also think that it’s important to emphasize that the binary choice between attachment and service - a choice that the original series demonstrates as a false choice - was one of the precipitating factors that brought Anakin to Palpatine. Oddly enough, neither Ahsoka nor Luke - who have both experienced the pain that false choice brings firsthand and who have both witnessed how love can bring someone to the light - appear to show any appreciation for the notion that Grogu’s bond with Din doesn’t have to be an either-or proposition.
Dear Pykes, you should probably stop transporting your highly valuable powdered product in unlocked wooden boxes. Seal it in plastic bags or compress it into blocks or something!
Man.. I'm sooo happy for you guys, watching everyone's reaction to this brings me so much joy. The last season of Mando and the last few episodes of Boba are everything Star Wars could have been and should have been after waiting 30+ years. It's so awesome seeing them putting proper effort into this universe. The whole god damn thing looks amazing. Now if only they'd put this effort into the Star Trek universe too, instead of this Discovery and Picard BS... We are still stuck in 'Episode One" phase.... :( Send Favro, Filoni and Howard our way when you are done with them please! I'm begging you!
I don’t think people realize how insane this episode is. The following are in it: Luke Skywalker Grogu Ahsoka Tano Mando Boba Fett Cad Bane Cobb Vanth The following are mentioned: Anakin Skywalker Yoda We also get references and a scene to Order 66. We get a teaser for the Ahsoka show and Luke’s possible appearance.
These reactions are the collective reactions of literally everyone who watched this episode. I mean, this may have been of the best episodes I’ve ever seen. What a masterpiece
She can't train him because she's not a Jedi. She left the Jedi order maybe in the future she goes back, but not now. Mando just wanted to see if he was OK obviously from a distance you can see it and Mando knew it was the right thing to do after she helped him realize he was doing it for selfish reasons for himself not for grogu.. Same thing happens with a lot of parents they do things for themselves without thinking
Star Wars fans need to realize that Star Wars in an anthology. All of the episodes 1-9, all the animated shows and now Disney Plus shows too are parts of that collection of stories. The Book of Boba Fett did a good job calling itself a book and its stories chapters, AND LIKE A BOOK the protagonist isn't always part of every chapter. Still the events of those chapters are important to the overall story. It's like some of these people have forgotten how books work ='( The folks that brought us the Clone Wars, Rebels, the Bad Batch, the Mandalorian are working on this. They're going to make this all work and it's going to make sense. Just take a breath and let them tell you their story, stay in the moment, enjoy what we've gotten. The finale is going to be wizard!
3:27 - Everyone can say anything about this episode but: "This is a good day to be alive". I couldn't agree more. Furthermore, this is a great time to be alive. Dave Filoni is a BEAST!!!!! Just think of it....When was the last time you saw 3 force sensitive individuals in the same scene AFTER order 66??? That is rare. On top of that, Boba Fett, The Pykes and freaking Cad Bane? Ok I just need Bossk in at least a single episode and PLEASE I NEED EZRA BRIDGER in a reunion with EVERYONE!!!!!
Me when I saw some of the CGI in earlier episodes: ok this looks a little iffy, what happened to the CGI budget? Me when I saw Luke: ohhhhhhh so that’s where it went…
@@tharengore7215 do your research… There could be another reason why the CGI has, according to one, come "scarily far." Since The Mandalorian season 2 finale, Lucasfilm hired Shamook, the artist responsible for ‘fixing’ Luke Skywalker’s CGI using deepfakes in a hit RUclips video. At the time, Lucasfilm said (H/T IndieWire) that it was "always on the lookout for talented artists and have in fact hired the artist that goes by the online persona ‘Shamook'. Over the past several years ILM has been investing in both machine learning and A.I. as a means to produce compelling visual effects work and it’s been terrific to see momentum building in this space as the technology advances."
@@edcastilloromo well yea he was hired and now works with the TEAM who works on it. I'm just saying he didn't do it solo, he probably helped feel in missing piece of a greater puzzle. ILM has always put talented people together. Cause individually they are all highly talented but together they make magic.
I'm just sitting here rewatching your videos, waiting for the final reaction video. These videos are almost as anticipated as the actual episode. You are absolutely killing it. Please keep up the great work, sir!
I think my favorite part of the episode is not just seeing cad vs cob, but he uses his left hand/blaster. The pike from the beginning sped back to tell them of a deadly marshal to which they hired their best, and he didn't even take is seriously.
Grogu will keep training with Luke, but something will happen to Din (Darksaber), Grogu will sense it and drop his training to go help his dad! That will affect how Luke trains his new students and that will result in episode VIII. Grogu is also a foundling, so he’ll search the mandalorians and do his vows becoming a mandalorian. Grogu will eventually find who took the Darksaber and win it in combat, turning him the next leader of the mandalorians. Imagine Palo turning his floating chair into a weapons platform! Grogu fits perfectly as the next leader! Bring the story full circle. A mandalorian Jedi created their society as they know it today, so it makes sense that another mandalorian Jedi would bring them back to their former glory. Grogu being long lived also helps in maintaining the continuation of the new Madalor! They made a point to have Din tell Ashoka “it is his right”.
After episode 5 and 6, I really don't know what to expect out of this show anymore. It's been one surprise after another. The finale really has to knock it out of the ball park.
My prediction: Grogu will refuse to take either the armor or the lightsaber unless he can have both. Luke will either smile and say this was the right choice all along, or push back at first before coming to the realization that both paths are compatible, and let him have both. Either way, the "sequels" can be averted. Even if averting them doesn't necessarily depend on Grogu's choice.
I think so too, I think Grogu will train in the ways of the force in order to protect Mando. Watch Star Wars theories video on Grogu’s choice it’s really good
I think this is right. After all, he trained Leah, and her attachment to Han didn't seem to be a problem. I'm hoping this will be a turning point in Luke's thinking about attachments, and how the Jedi handled them incorrectly (to me, at least.)
Man this is still the best episode of anything in 2022. Sorry Andor and Kenobi finale. But man that convo with Ahsoka and Grogu sensing Mando leaving still break my heart. I think they made the right move having them reunite eaarly. Like could they have justified waiting until early s3 to reunite them? Sure. But waiting a week to see Grogu’s choice was bad enough. Waiting a year would’ve been terrible.
I'm surprised anyone had to ask "when did Luke acquire Yoda's lightsaber" because it's pretty obvious when Luke acquired it. On Dagoba after Luke watched Yoda pass.
But it was never showed. Also he leave it behind while running from that fight with Sidious. But well, I think as we never knew how Anakin/Luke lightsaber was recovered from that station in Vespin, maybe we'll never know about this one either

Everytime I see grogu and Luke are overviewing the forest and the binary sunset theme start playing I get chills
Dear Pykes, you should probably stop transporting your highly valuable powdered product in unlocked wooden boxes. Seal it in plastic bags or compress it into blocks or something!
Yeah , they could learn a thing or two from the incredibly creative ways drug cartels move product between countries . What a bunch of amateurs .
All these cameos. I loved this episode the most.❤👏🏽😍
I don’t think people realize how insane this episode is.
The following are in it:
Luke Skywalker
Grogu
Ahsoka Tano
Mando
Boba Fett
Cad Bane
Cobb Vanth
The following are mentioned:
Anakin Skywalker
Yoda
We also get references and a scene to Order 66.
We get a teaser for the Ahsoka show and Luke’s possible appearance.
she almost spilled her drink lmaooo 5:42
Alyska isn't shy about how much she loves Ahsoka
These reactions are the collective reactions of literally everyone who watched this episode. I mean, this may have been of the best episodes I’ve ever seen. What a masterpiece
i didin't expect cad bane's appereance, and i can't wait for the las episode, maybe a han solo's cameo? a chewie's cameo? i don't know
It is hinted in IMDB that Harrison Ford will appear as Han in the last episode, we'll just wait and see.
@@WildDancer101 what about same actor from solo movie he could reprise his role as Han Solo
@@Karlebow571
They're probably doing the same thing they did in the Season 2 Finale of Mandalorian by de-aging Harrison Ford to be post-ROTJ Han Solo.
@@WildDancer101 IMDB is edited by users so it’s most likely not true. Plus Ford is pretty much retired from Star Wars
It is hinted that Leia is also in the last episode.
10:01 I felt a great disturbance in the Force, as if millions of voices suddenly cried out in excitement and were suddenly crying tears of joy
Man I cannot wait for the finale! I think we are in for a treat!
Agreed. I hope we see Grogu make his choice. Though if the finale surpasses the last 2 episodes my brain might explode from the awesomeness.
I'm gonna ask a simple question.
Has Grogu just been wearing the same thing for 25 years?
Yo I was thinking same thing! Like can we not get him some clothes or new robe at least lol
That's what I'm thinking lmao like dafuq
I've said it once before and I'll say it again I love the way you put these videos together, its better than any channel I've seen.
"I didn't see Max Reebo in there, I think he had the night off" LMAOOOOOOOOO
This is one of the best Star Wars one hour content ever.
Can you imagine watching this episode at midnight, trying to keep quiet while you're so incredibly happy?!
Luke looks so f*cking good!!!
Imagine if Ashoka would have told to mando: Hello There.
Mando would’ve say general tano
@@Karlebow571
“You don’t have to call me general.”
"if we see a one handed Mace Windu, I'm gonna lose my shit" so trueee
I respect that your style isnt a ripoff of MixedReactions like other channels. I like the flow.
"THATS F*CKING CAD BANE."
"CAD BANE!"
"CAD BANE!"
"CAD BANE!"
"What's his name again?"
"CAD BANE!"
nice editing, real funny.
Only one reactor forgot Cad Bane's name?! omg😂
The episode that happily broke the internet. :) Awesome editing as always.
"That's Cad Bane!"
"What's his name again?"
*"CAD BANE!"*
"What's his name again?"
"CAD BANE!"
It's like some of these people have forgotten how books work ='(
The folks that brought us the Clone Wars, Rebels, the Bad Batch, the Mandalorian are working on this. They're going to make this all work and it's going to make sense. Just take a breath and let them tell you their story, stay in the moment, enjoy what we've gotten. The finale is going to be wizard!
The reactions on everyone's face when seeing the OG Star wars characters Priceless and worth the Earrapes
Luke: "You may choose only one. an armor or a lightsaber?"
Grogu: bicht ima both take my armor and go play with dad's baddest lightsaber.
Not really… they just hired a skilled youtuber
@@edcastilloromo lol no it's tech they have used earlier but just toned it better is all for Luke.
@@tharengore7215 that’s what I said
I'm just sitting here rewatching your videos, waiting for the final reaction video. These videos are almost as anticipated as the actual episode. You are absolutely killing it. Please keep up the great work, sir!
"OMG he's so scary!"
*literally the next clip*
"He looks incredible!"
I think my favorite part of the episode is not just seeing cad vs cob, but he uses his left hand/blaster. The pike from the beginning sped back to tell them of a deadly marshal to which they hired their best, and he didn't even take is seriously.
That thumbnail is amazing
I’m really hoping good for the final episode
This feels like what the Episode 7 movie in the sequels should have been.
im glad they put Rango in the show
"I didn’t see Max Rebo in there I think he had the day off."
I died 😂
Cad Bane just became a huge Bounty hunter Icon in live-action of star war The of scariest, deadliest , Badass you don't want to face
11:56 'It looks tough around here, shit looks desert af'
Brooo I'm dyinggg 💀
Thank you, Johnny! I always look forward to your reaction mashups every week!
I hope it turns out that way. It’s certainly a good thought to think about.
I think so too, I think Grogu will train in the ways of the force in order to protect Mando.
Watch Star Wars theories video on Grogu’s choice it’s really good
I'm really hoping Grogu takes both. Luke making him choose one path or the other just doesn't feel like something Luke would do
The lightsaber or the third choice will erase the ST and that is the real goal here(it always has been).
I think this is right. After all, he trained Leah, and her attachment to Han didn't seem to be a problem. I'm hoping this will be a turning point in Luke's thinking about attachments, and how the Jedi handled them incorrectly (to me, at least.)
I love how it looks like all the reactors are talking to each other
Man this is still the best episode of anything in 2022.
This! I was like you guys remember Cad but forgot episode 6? Come on now...
But it was never showed. Also he leave it behind while running from that fight with Sidious. But well, I think as we never knew how Anakin/Luke lightsaber was recovered from that station in Vespin, maybe we'll never know about this one either
Thank you. That's exactly what I said when everybody asked how Luke got Yoda's lightsaber
