A lil observation from me: the twitching you see animatronics do in game (golden Freddy, etc) doesn’t look like the stiff movement the actual machines make, so to me it looks like it’s the dead kid’s freaking out, not the animatronic malfunctioning. But that’s just what I think, it could easily be disproven

When it said "locate the Puppet", I think the challenge meant to see the Puppet standing from inside the box.
