Thanks for sharing, I'm always looking for different tried and true recipes for different wood finishes. I've made something similar, but I want to try this ratio.
Thanks for watching, the ratio seem to work really well on a good variety of hardwoods. I have a mixture with a little bit less wax when using it on hard maple end grain cutting boards; seems to helps it soak in more
Very cool board at 0:35. Would love to see Sapper Woodworking mass producing those bad boys! Loved the time lapse of the wax cooling. Awesome seeing that process happen before our eyes!
If the cracks are small, say less then 1mm wide, then I use a paste of glue mixed with sawdust from the same wood. If larger then I use West Epoxy to fill in the defect.
Your shop is awesome. Thank you for the video.
Thank you!

Will have to try and make my own some point. Great video and thank you for sharing.
You're welcome! Absolutely make your own finish; it's well worth the effort. Thanks for watching and the kind comment!

How do you fill in cracks in your cutting boards or charcuterie boards when you’re using a single slab style.
