We will be processing our application then also as tourists if it’s much easier. The process in AD is more straightforward than in Dubai. One question in case you know - we are thinking about a date in mid- September but wanted to apply already in July. Do you think this is possible or it is better to start applying closer to Sept? And did you certify the document later by the MFA?
it would be better if you applied now so that you can secure your preferred date. And if you mean attested our marriage certificate in the MOFA, Yes, because we needed it for the report of Marriage in our consulate to legalize our marriage in our country.
congratulations! could you please confirm if after getting the certificate from the Abu Dhabi Judicial Court, it needs to be attested by MOFA before presenting the same to the Embassy?
They will give it to you before you start to check if the details are correct and on the ceremony you will sign and bring with you right after your turn ❤ Hope this helps.
Hello po kabayan kakasal po ako sa december 21. Ask ko lang po ano mga need namen dalahin sa abu dhabi court. Need po ba ng mga zerox copy ng passport at emirates id. Or hindi na pag dala mo naman yung original.

Hi po .. what if I choose the residence as we both are residence and have emirates id ? Is there any difficulty in applying? And second do I need to download the application form and after getting the sign then I need to upload it on the Abu Dhabi court online ?
yes you can choose the residence link, it's not much of a difficult it's just there's a lot of details to include but manageable. I once tried it in my first attempt. Then about the application form, yes you need to download, filled, signed by both parties then upload it in the website.
Everything through online, Applying is very easy. once your application has been submitted, then you will received an email for payment, after you paid. They will another email for the date selection( dates vary depends on its availablility, but you will still decide), once submitted they will send a final email for your scheduled wedding dates and time. I am not sure about this, pero try niyo lang po mag apply. If ever ma approved po. Hanggang dito lang po kayo legal kasi pag pinaregister niyo kasal niyo sa pinas, sobrang daming reuirements and magkakaproblema po kayo.

Yes. You have to attest it to MOFA before you will proceed with the report of marriage in the consulate.

Is singleness certificate is required ?
It is not required Ma'am, just your EID for residents and Passport for tourist.
