it really is MUCH harder to install than shown. It depends on the model and I think they took the simpler one. I'm having a hard time putting the cables back together tightly, it's hell.
(already posted this elsewhere, sorry about that): I've installed this both on a "2020 Giant Explore E+2 GTS" and a "2022 Giant Explore E+3 GTS", and it's definitely much harder on the 2022 model. On the 2020 model it's easy to find space for the box. On the 2022 model it's basically torture to find space. on the 2022 model i used a soft hammer to jam the engine back in, and i was very afraid of breaking something 😢 - Either way though, I agree, even on the 2020 model, it was much harder than it looks like in this video ^^
Hello, i bought a fathom e2+ pro 2022, im not sure which software the bike have. But i already ordered the speedbox. The Speedbox says: 2017-2024 so it has to work, right?
I have a 23 stance E i havent installed any unlimiters its stock but at 90 miles i got a bad chip under the battery. My bike shop saud its not communicating is that a big deal ? He said he will drop motor change chip should i be concerned it damaged my battery motor?
Hi. We are not sure we understand your question. If your chip has gone bad, ask your distributor for a replacement. Replacing the chip will not damage the motor or the battery.
Hello, If you have updated the firmware, the SpeedBox will not work. We are currently in the final testing phase of a new product for 2023 and 2024 Giant e-bikes. You can follow our website speedbox-tuning.com or our social media on FB, IG.

Hello. Please try to check the year of manufacture of your e-bike. If the bike is from 2016, we recommend www.speedbox-tuning.com/p/speedbox-2-0-for-giant-2015-2016#149 instead. SpeedBox 3.0 models are compatible with engines manufactured from 2017 onwards.
@@SpeedBoxTuning thanks for the answer, i already lift the motor and saw the connectors, and indeed 2.0 is right for me, to bad i already got the 3.0 :)

Hi, Hans. Yes, with some models it is a bit of a question of patience. Manufacturers of e-bikes do not fully cooperate with us on this 🙂
