That sunset was really beautiful. Keep those big fans going overnight that you have out in that field and will keep the dew from settling on the hay so you can bail it first thing in the morning😊😊

    Dear Daddy Cornstar,
You're absolutely right. Nothing like that fresh cut hay smell!
You cracked me up with the comment about the "...grease and cra_ ..." on your hands! 😂
Don't feel bad about the pump housing. Be happy your 'housing' didn't get cracked, after you fell off the ladder.
God bless you, your family and your farm.

Have you considered a platform ladder to get you to the right height when working on equipment? I feel they offer better footing than standard step ladder.

Daddy Cornstar, I, and most probably many others think that you're not fully appreciating some of the breathtaking scenery you are managing to record during your videos? Like this closing shot of scenery, you captured during this podcast, and then there was that scene with the rainbow you captured a podcast or maybe two ago, that looked like a scene out of the Wizard of Oz.
The point I'm making is that you should (you have to) maybe invest in a high-grade camera like a maybe... a Hasselblad or a Leica or something of similar quality and use that to make your videos. It might just end up paying off big time?

SAfety gear is for farmers too! A cheap hard hat, steel toe boots and safety glasses will go a long way towards minimizing injuries. Hearing and breathing protection is finally more of a common thing on the farm, not like when I was young and tractors were open so you could breathe all that fresh dust and listen to your straight pipe growl. We don't have the nice wind turbines to watch on our farm because our county commissioners caved into all the transplanted city people and made the zoning so strict that it was not viable. And these were republican commissioners! No support for landowners rights.

Maybe Cooper could weld that piece back on.
Even if it's aluminum they can weld that can't they ?

Slightly different method but it's still worked. 🤔
