If you fully listen at Adam's comments politics aside, Adams gave an excellent answer. Adams provided a condensed answer instead of an elaborated remedial one. He began, "New York" because he couldn't say Maine, Arizona, Georgia, Vermont, Nebraska, Delaware, Utah, Nevada, Ohio, Florida, California, Wyoming, Illinois, Oregon, Minnesota, Texas.. get the point now? Adam's point is New York is NEW YORK. Where one can EXPERIENCE ANYTHING! -- from America's worst inside job false flag on 9/11 and it's recovery, to endless opportunities to make it if you dream and work hard to achieve it (except the illegals) can happen in NYC.
Adam's condensed answer required the listener to understand contextually his answer. Adam's was requested to sum up in 'TOTALITY' with one word.
Pay attention to the first 10 words of the question. Adams provided one word describing in Totality as requested to do, thereby answering the question. But this post cut him off at that exact moment Why?!!! Adam's said "Complexed."

Again, why did you edit out the Mayor's full answer response in this clip instead of showing it all after I called attention to the fact he was giving a condensed answer and the 1 word was stated 0:21 seconds into his answer. When Adams said NY that was the BEGINNING of clarifying his 1 word that the ultimately stated which was "COMPLEX".
He was asked for 1 word, he was not told when to give it.
