Yes, I agree the examples are excellent. I have M.Woidich's brilliant book Kullu Tamam with its great sections on Egyptian Arabic grammar and delicate phonetic rules of elisions, long vowel shortening. If you want to understand all the things (active participles, imperfect, future, bi-imperfect and past tenses) Kholoud presented here in her fantastic video, you should master the first 10 lessons from Kullu Tamam, really a hefty volume of learning material. So, yes, you are totally right, it's brutally hard. Moroccan Arabic is even more brutal, so be happy with Egyptian Arabic.

Your videos are excellent and joy to listen to practice and vocabulary building. I use the brilliant textbook on Egyptian Arabic "Kullu Tamam" by M.Woidich for precise grammar explanations and the delicate Egyptian Arabic phonetic rules. And your videos are so much fun.
This video has examples for 11 very important verbs (in present, b-present, future, and past tense as well as active participle forms):
    want - 3aaz/3aayiz/3ayza
    learn - it3allim/at3allim/bat3allim
    start - bada'/habda'/bada't/baadi'/bad'a
    start - ibtada/habtidi
    help - saa3id/tisaa3id/tisa3idi
    speak - itkallim (ikkallim)/titkallim/tikkallimi
    understand - fihim/afham
    say - 'uul/ti'uul/'uult
    do again/repeat - 3aad/ti3iid
    follow, watch regularly - taabi3/bataabi3
    finish - xallaS/xallaSna
