Bury The Pain 0:03 Balance Of Power 6:12 There Will Be Consequences 11:56 For Whose Advantage? 16:05 Crimes 22:30 The Red Mist Descends 28:35 No Compromise 34:06
If you haven't already I highly recommend checking out Xentrix first 2 albums Shattered Existence and For Whose Advantage?. Awesome Thrash classics. I'm looking forward to their next album as well. Seven Words was great as was Bury The Pain.
This is THRASH METAL, still kickin' asses in the 21st century! P.S.: 16:05!!! "For whose advantage" - my favorite song of Xentrix! P.S.II: Unfortunately they didn't play "Questions" from the same album.
Excellent show criminal underrated band BURY THE PAIN its a masterpiece. Its a shame to see them playing early and with not much attention of the audience
@The Poison Evile first came around in 1999 and with their debut album Enter the Grave in 2007 it has made them the gods of Modern Thrash Metal. Well at least that's what I think.
@The Poison That's just me seeing things from a production standpoint basically. Since the fully known Evile song entitled Thrasher has drawn a lot of attention from critics and praise from metal fans alike.
It's a good thing that I got out from under my rock, this band is fantastic. I really love the style, never eard of 'em before, but now that I know them !!!. Great trash metal in my opinion. Keep on rock'n I'll find more of them on YT \m/
Probably 80% of the crowd have no idea who they are or if they're a new band! I remember then first time round. I remember buying the first two lps, the live e.p vinyl and the Ghostbusters 12" for £20 on ebay in about 2003 before the big vinyl comeback that happened soon after. Still got the cassettes I had back in the day too. First two albums were amazing. Still are in fact!
Let's be real - the crowd doesn't deserve these guys. Every single member of the band brought his A game here. Drums are badass, vocals are hard af, bass is better than the studio versions and guitars are spot on. Awesome performance
Jesus Christ, how fucking tight they are and how good the sound is .... Active touring bands on a much higher level of success and visibility don't sound nearly as good on some of these festival videos.
I was around the Preston area around 1989 as an older teenager and I heard of Xentrix but never knew the band members (or anyone who did) or from which area of Preston any were from.
@@stephenbrown310 I was around Leyland 1989-91 as I went to Runshaw but I never socialized there; you know one guy gets on and off a bus to school and some other guy sleeps in in a house and practices his instrument at night in a garage and the two never coincide. There was a great little music shop in Leyland back then, not too far away from a round about. I think I bought an amp from there with loads of FX on it.
saw them in bournemouth 1990. took my mate on the back of my suzuki to the show, what a blast.....always a really good band. a great set, but what a lame crowd here, like they neeed a kick up the ass to get m' goin'.
you can see in the eyes of the bassist the joy and the pride of being a musician, a fan and playing in this amazing band.
Definitely
I think it's because these dudes don't usually get to play in front of big crowds....which is a shame. But this is today's world

Aw, no Ghostbusters.
@@thenodfather
if they played Ghostbusters they woulded be sacrificed by Ray Parker Jr and "slimer".
😁
and they forgot "Order from chaos".
25 years later and they are still authentic...........!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
These guys are basically Britain's answer to Metallica. Absolutely awesome.
And so much better in my opinion 🤘🤘
🤘🔥👍
For Who's Advantage is the And Justice for All we really deserved 👌👌🤘
@@seanwillis6956 both are amazing bands =)
For Whose Advantage is still one of my favorite metal songs
Dennis Gasser deserves a lot of respect. Top thrash drummer.
The best
I used to go watching this guy practice Upstairs in the silverwell pub in wigan when I was 13 ' massive influence on me
GREAT Drummer
The happiest bass player ive ever seen
As well as Krist Novoselic...
It's like he channeling Cliff Burton.
Looks like he's having a lotta fun :D
Beautiful hair him.
Balance of power is a certified thrash classic. Love this band!
My fave! Used to listen to it every morning :)
I just bought their 2 newest albums and I am seriously loving this band. I can't wait for their next album.
If you haven't already I highly recommend checking out Xentrix first 2 albums Shattered Existence and For Whose Advantage?. Awesome Thrash classics. I'm looking forward to their next album as well. Seven Words was great as was Bury The Pain.
Shattered existence still gold up to now, that album was a Blue print for thrash band nowadays
It's a literal underground masterpiece
Jokes aside im taking that album structure as a reference for a thrash album writting
One of my all time favorite albums
Fkn aye... still sounds fresh
Shattered existence and for whose advantage are my fav albums, so fkin great!
Xentrix is criminally underrated
My new favorite thrash band!
it's a good band my friend I recommend you listen to Bury the pain a super complete album and well with that album they came back very well greetings
When I play live I'm a lot like the bass player full of energy and stoked about playing heavy thrash this band is so rad long live thrash
Sick🤘
How the f*ck have I not seen this amazing thrash band before. I love Crimes....its basically thrash in your face with no holds barred....Love it !!!!
Yes sir!! Crimes should be at the Smithsonian Institute, In it's own soundproof room, playing nonstop, and cranked on 10!!!!
Fuc*ing nice!!!! The bass player reminded me of the great Steve DiGiorgio. Great band!
I was thinking "This guy reminds me an another bass player..."!
This is THRASH METAL, still kickin' asses in the 21st century!
P.S.: 16:05!!! "For whose advantage" - my favorite song of Xentrix!

Literally immediately forwarded to FOR WHOSE ADVATAGE, then saw your post 1 second later ! Great thrash minds think alike! Cheers to you🤘. 16:05
🤘🔥👍!!
Questions is my favorite from For Whose Advantage, such a great song, but Shattered Existence is superior.
I think Crimes is their best song! That intro riff is a thing of beauty!
Excellent show criminal underrated band BURY THE PAIN its a masterpiece. Its a shame to see them playing early and with not much attention of the audience
Yeah 😈🤘 banged on the album is a masterpiece
That's just typical festival audience. They're probably drunk/high as kite and only pay attention (or not) to the big guys like Maiden or Priest.
Fantastic start to the festival that year with Death Angel coming straight afterwards too for that early morning dose of thrash
Godfathers of british thrash, along with Onslaught, Acid Reign, Slammer, Re-Animator and D.A.M.
+ Sabbat.

Absolutely great! i was sceptical when Astley left again but the new guy did an excellent job! Thrash never dies!
Ex Blaze Bailey guitarrist
@@martingasa2902 Leaving Blaze feels like an upgrade.
This guy performed at the same level! He nailed it!
Great band! They look like they're having so much fun. Hope to see them live someday
Aaaaand i just bought a ticket to go see them in April 2021
This band is sick live
I love xentix and testament
Remember seeing them live in Belfast around 1989 🤘

Excellent bro...
Friend turned me onto these guys last night. Wow and dang I love them!!!
I like how the backdrop looks like the one demon is trying to calm the guy while hes being bitched out by the other demon
There's a gun in the guy's hand, check out the whole cover 😉

The drummer is from Leyland, as for the other members of this band, don’t know anything.
