If you're using FL Studio ASIO driver, you can fix this by opening up the ASIO Panel, and disabling hard-clipping at 0db, now it sounds amazing now I can hear much much better and mix better!
I'm using Focusrite USB ASIO but what I'm struggling with is my vocals . It doesn't seem to pick up my vocals how it should , when I'm done recording the wave is low . What I noticed is if I turn up my Gain on my interface while recording it picks up my voice but I'll hear my voice while singing . Shits fucked , I just need my vocals to be picked up and actually have volume to it

for me it was the safe overloads. overruns were already at 0 but still had clicks. turning off safe overloads got rid of it. edit: they're still there on the export though, what's with that ?

First off, You need to figure out what kind of issue is going on. Is it popping because you have the correction time set to fast. Or because your computer cant handle it.

I recently updated my Mac to MacOS Monterey, and now my projects are experiencing this issue. I have been using the same audio settings for years with no problems until this damn update. Do you know why this is happening?
More helpful advice:You can set the resampling quality to 2-point linear so you can hear the song with no crackles, This worked for me but may not work for you.

Never had this issue. Update to FL Studio 21 and now suddenly plugins that never caused crackling (KONTAKT > ALICIA'S KEYS) are crackling as I play. Not badly, but enough to where it bugs me. It's not every time I press a key either. I can play for 10 seconds or more without crackling and then it will randomly crackle a bit and then it's fine again until it does it again randomly between 5-30 seconds of playing. This isn't some shit PC either! I also am more than familiar with buffer settings in the control panel of FL Studio etc. I'm using my Focusrite 2i2 Audio Interface and I've had some troubles with it in the past, but haven't had any crackling or audio issues for a couple years now. I was also working on music all week with FL 20 without any problems whatsoever. As soon as I update to FL 21 the issue presents itself. I'm assuming it's because there's something enabled or some kind of setting was changed upon updating to 21. Any ideas? Also.. it's not because I've loaded too many VSTs/plugins into this project either! I'm only using Alicia's Keys by itself without anything else added to the project. For some reason, I am getting crackling in the audio that is recorded as well as the audio that is coming through my headphones. It just started doing this. I used it yesterday without any issue but today it sounds like popcorn when I'm trying to record vocals.
When I'm recording there's a shhhhhhhhhhhh sound, when I playback the recorded vocals I still hear the sound so annoying but I recorded in a quiet room
Something happens to me sometimes when I reverse and change the timing of a rim or high hat and this weird radio noise will play at random parts of the song even when rendered. Very strange issue I can't seem to fix.
@@Unders I don’t think I’m using any demo plugins. It really seems to be something when I change the timing of something reversed. It doesn’t happen every time though. I also am not using the latest version of fl.
@@Unders A distortion plugin was causing the issue it was in small writing in the corner free trial up will cause white noise occasionally. Thanks for the help
if it's literally in the audio, this is static getting into the recording. 9 times out of 10 it will be electrical cables running next to unshielded audio cables causing it.

Probably ground hum for the power. Try if possible having your system on two different power outlets. Also keep your audio cables away from power cables. Failing that you can get shielded audio cables.

for me, the device for audio output was set to fl asio, so i just switched it to my headphones and it sounds wayyy better

Mute all but 1 thing an see if it happens. If not test by adding them back till you find what’s causing it.

yeah that happens with antares, you can try to use a declicker afterwards or you can just use newtone or melodyne

Restart FL after. It’s likely your audio interface can’t sync up once it’s changed.

2 point linear sounds awful. An it applies to stretched audio quality.

make sure the latency is set to a value like 64,128,256 etc sometimes the clocks can be a sync issue.
@@Unders Seems like it's only happening with Alicia's keys. The problem isn't happening with any of the other plugins/vst's that I use.
