Corrections:
11:46 Cisco IOS devices specify an MSS of 1460 to LOCAL networks and an MSS of 536 to REMOTE networks.
28:53 The command should be 'ip tcp adjust-mss'

Thank you so much for your amazing content Jeremy! Your videos were 90% of my study material to pass my CCNA last year. Thank you for continuing on with the CCNP course and helping us around the globe!!
At 11:47 you accidentally said it backwards. It should be 1460 for local and 536 for remote. Thanks for the video🙏🏾🙏🏾✨
I was trying to point out this one as well. So that Jeremy can correct it.
I have studied for 2 days mtu and mss videos, with labs, without prior experience on this stuff. Not easy to elaborate all in once, it takes times but i worked very well and with multiple source. Thanks Jeremy.
Hey Jeremy! I passed CCNA on first attempt 2 days ago. Your CCNA videos were great help. Thank you for such quality course!

When a segment fragments, will it just be dropped? Or will the connection just be slower?
please create one course for ENARSI, SCOR, and Data Centre
Hi Jeremy, for GRE tunnels, do we have 2x IP headers that needs to be subtracted on IP MTU 1500 since tcp mss adjustment value is reduced to 1436 ?
Hi Just had a question regarding ip tcp adjust mss
For the example shown for communication between two servers over a GRE tunnel, how can the router R1 alter SRV1s L4 information of adjusting the MTU thats sent on options field (as router is not aware of L4 info)
Hi Jeremy, your CCNA course is awesome. I want to start learning CCNP in the future, which chapter in the book matches this lesson? I just can't find, please answer
Hi Elbir! This course isn’t based on the Cisco Press book.
@@JeremysITLab you had a video about the best materials for preparing for ccnp; are these materials also active? Or is there anything else you can recommend?
Good Day Jeremys, Kindly where can I found slides of the course?
Dear Sir, I want to apperiate your hard efforts for preparing such useful materials. I think TCP mss values for Cisco IOS devices mistakenly replaced remote and local network in this video, when you repeat them for the second time.
Hello! Could you let me know the time in the video?
I think I found it, 11:46. You're right, thanks for pointing out the mistake.
@@JeremysITLab wlcm, you found the exact time.
🙏🙏🙏
