Making 16" Gauge Train Wheels from Riding Lawn Mower Rims for the Texas Northern Railroad

These wheels are not hard to make, as I have made the same type of wheels for my train cars using 8" rims, and I got the rims for free just by asking around mower repair shops, and only paid a few duckies when I did pay for some of them, the worse thing is, they are simply time consuming...
