03-05 R6 & R6S gas leak FIX!

Yamaha 03 -05 R6 06-09 R6s gas leak fix from hose nipple.
I got this part from a friend that had his pump changed and we have the same bike so I asked him for his old pump hoping to use entire piece then realized the dealership broke it so I did what I had to. The wire gauge is 26. I have never removed my pump but there’s videos out there on that and removing this larger piece from the pump asmbly is 2 wires and 3 prys with a flat head..

So, to replace this O-ring, I need to take the fuel pump housing out of the tank completely?

Yes sir remove and dismantle fuel pump and do this for o ring.. saves you money on the expensive fuel pump

hi could you tell me the exact size of the o-ring? I can't find it ... the last hope is to get it on the internet ... I'm desperate, before this video I tried to open it and I damaged the plastic part below

I don’t know exact size but if I ever find out I’ll let you know.. if you take the old o ring to auto parts store they should be able to help you find it

Finding right size o ring is gonna be a challenge best bet is to buy an assortment but when looking make sure you get one for fuel

No you can only replace gasket.. if you brake the plastic check valve your kinda screwed
