New Orleans...for the culture or family ties I guess. Clearly a city should have never been built there.... geographically it's a bad area for a metropolis.
@@ohsuzanna3223 Well in comparison to Galveston island, both of the aforementioned cities are very popular and very nice to visit. Miami has a lot of beautiful beaches and neighborhoods!
