    If I'm feeling EXTRA super lazy, or I just want to make Missy happy, I score the membrane. She likes that little bit of crispy. But squaring them up is a MUST. The trimmed off pieces are mid-cook snacks for me and treats for the pets!

    Cutting the excess fat and removing the the membrane is a must to great ribs. Won’t cook them without giving them some love first

    I got ribs from Costco and no way am I getting the membrane off, is so thin
