You are a rare gem. It’s the humility for me. For you to go extramile , replying all the questions; it speaks so much volume. You are kind hearted and it’s so admirable.
very detailed both cutting and sewing, just that the side seam should have been joined facing the right side, you trim the excess and cover it with that boning making the inside to be perfectly neat. honestly i learnt a lot, God bless you
Good morning Ma very detailed video so for this tutorial there's no need for using the non sewable bones?. Why i am asking is avoiding the regiline bone bending much later
@chinenyeokeke3018 Good morning to you, too. You can insert the non sewable bone in between the regiline bone for more structure. Hope that answers your question
You can use regeline(sewable) bone for the bone casing as in the video then if you want to insert a smaller size of plastic bone inside the bone casing for more structure.
Thanks for this very detailed tutorial,God bless you. I want to ask that can we use laminated foam Instead of warding for more structure at the bust area or is it more advisable to use just warding and please what size of Boning did you use for your bust caging?
Good morning and thanks so much for this wonderful video. Please I hope you reply me cos I want to do this style for my wedding reception. Please which material did you use here and which can you recommend? The yellow sample top too, is it sequin? Also how many yards do you think will be enough for small size person? Thank you
I used damask fabric and I'm pretty sure the yellow fabric is damask(plain) too. You can use one yard, I used one yard and half for mine and it was still remaining.
If you don't see it in a tailoring shop in the market then check from people that make chairs. But you can still try using wadding, just make it thick.
Bust caging for a corset dress is usually done on the lining to provide better structural support, by placing the bust caging on the lining, the main fabric remains smooth and more polished on the outer appearance without visible seams or boning lines. Hope that answers your questions!?
Thank you ma'am for the tutorial. After i caged the bust part of the linening, it seem like it went flat😢😢, right now i'm scared to even put boning on the main fabric, thimking it will go flat again
Iron the bust caging and mold the bust to bring out the curve, if you follow the process of the bust caging in the tutorial, the rest is to iron the curve to be well defined before you flesh it.

Thanks for this very detailed tutorial,God bless you. I want to ask that can we use laminated foam Instead of warding for more structure at the bust area or is it more advisable to use just warding and please what size of Boning did you use for your bust caging?
I don't have an idea of laminated foam, but you can also use a collar stay. In the bust caging video, I used a collar stay. I used 0.75" regeline bone
Another name for fiber pls
Wadding, breast foam
Thanks so much for this , please I can't find fibre in my area is there any thing I can use to replace the fibre
You can try using a chest warden, then you double it for more fullness.
Ask people selling mattress or naked foam in ur area , they will direct u where to get it.
Which material is suitable for sewing this overbust corset
I have used Ankara to make it, for this video I used Damask fabric. So my guess is, you can use any fabric of your choice, just add interfacing to it.
@@eleganza_tvplease can you make tutorial on how to make inner net wore inside the cloth 🙏🙏

Yes, I used airstay for the fabric and lining
Ma'am please can one use wadding in place of fiber? They don't sell it over here
If you don't see it in a tailoring shop in the market then check from people that make chairs. But you can still try using wadding, just make it thick.
Thank you so much ma
Great tutorial, please ma the burst caging, i need more details

No online tutorial for now, I don't know the issue why you can't download it, the download option is showing when I check using another phone
What size of Needle did you use
I use DP 16 sewing needle
@@eleganza_tv thank you 😊
Pls can I use a lace material for this style ? And can I add yoke and sleeve to my own ?
Yes you can, there are many beautiful inspirations of this style with lace on Pinterest
@@eleganza_tv thank you soo much
Ma'am please must I use a bust caging? My bust is 34 inches, can I use just use layered warden?
Yes you can but bust caging keeps the bust firm
If we cant get fibre can we use foam?
Yes you can use foam, you can use a fabric glue to attach the foam and then stitch the edges to the corset
please what is a foam
Thank you ma ur lecture is so cool...pls drop a video for dis burst caging 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
I have a video for it already, so you don't stress looking for it

Ma pls I try practicing but it’s wasn’t coming out when I try to turn it over,is it because I didn’t iron it
ruclips.net/video/1jz6QLD9OZ4/видео.htmlsi=DAqS35C6IMYLo-rN
Watch the bust caging tutorial. Probably, it's because you didn't iron it well.
Please what type of lining did you use? Is that satin? Trying to geg it from ali express
I used bridal satin
@@eleganza_tv thank you
Please did you add any bra cup to it, or is the padding that's making the bust to come out like that
@unwanaemmanuel5509 There's no need to add bra cup again, just the bust caging and the fleshing was what I did.
Please ma how many inches boning do you use?
0.75 inch
Can make use of bra cup instead of the padding material
It won't be giving this structure, that will be a different style
please what kind of interfacing did u use
Airstay
thank you ma
Y did u attach the breast pad on the linen instead of the main fabric?
Bust caging for a corset dress is usually done on the lining to provide better structural support, by placing the bust caging on the lining, the main fabric remains smooth and more polished on the outer appearance without visible seams or boning lines. Hope that answers your questions!?

One more ma'am, I have very small bust, my bust is 32, I hope it will come out well

Sorry.
Can I buy from you?
Unable to download ma

Pls did you later but plastic boning
No, if I did I would have said so, but if you want to add plastic boning to yours then you will stop the plastic boning at the underbust
