Trying it now! I’ll let you know how it turns out! I’m about to give up because my starter lacks many bubbles.

@@rebeccarivas420 the next time you feed it try feeding it a 1:2:2 ratio instead of 1:1:1.
(Starter:flour:water) my starter was very sluggish recently, and I started feeding it that way, and it perked right up!

@@rebeccarivas420 😂 been there!!! Yes try again! Make sure your starter is nice and bubbly and active before you use it. You will need to feed it and then wait usually about six hours or so or until it doubles.

Hello, love your process, it’s very similar to what I do. I was wondering if you use AP flour instead of bread flour as a preferred method, or for other reasons? Thanks you in advance for your time 🤗

@@Lovelyhandz I do use AP flour instead of bread flour honestly just because it’s less expensive 😂
