A quick tip- the spider rune is surprisingly useful against a lot of bosses. You can spider rune away from conjonctivius's tentacles if you need breathing room, you can spider rune up the wall to avoid timekeeper's shurikens, you can use it for breathing space against the scarecrow, and if you have the proper mobility, you can spider rune to escape the crystal rain from the giant and hop back to the arena. The concierge, mama tick, and HotK all have no walls(save for the spike pits for HotK). The collector, oddly enough, is capable of knocking you off the wall. If you're clinging to the wall when his syringe thrust hits it, you'll be stunned for a surprisingly long time. Aside from that, all of his projectile attacks will hit you anyways. I guess it's useful against the enemy waves, but it's better to just kill them. Also, something worth noting- the collector only has four rooms, the first one, the enemy one, the spike wall one, and the telescope one. When he's in the first room, he only uses melee attacks(thrust, ground pound, beyblade, etc.). Second room is the enemy spawner, and in the third, he only uses ranged attacks(beams, tornados, bootleg sun). When you return to the first room, he'll summon a spike ball. Every return to this room summons an additional orb(no clue if there's a limit). When you return to the enemy spawner room, he'll summon stronger enemies, like stuff ypu'd see in the Cavern. And when you return to the projectile room, tornados will be at the walls. When he's in the last room, he can use all his attacks, simple enough.
There IS a time limit on the enemy phase however it's reeeally loong also this enemy phase ends not on all enemies dying but all elites dying so there's that
For the mama tick vertical scythes, you can back up, roll into the attack, and mash parry if you have a shield for an easy counter. Also, if you’re playing tactics and fighting conji, take crow’s foot as one of your mutations, it will destroy the tentacle phase.
If you ever have troubles with collectors' light beam attack where he's in the air, kinda like the librarians. Use the phaser skill. As soon as you see him fly into the air to do the attack, use the phaser skill because it will stun the collector and end the attack.
1:28 That's my biggest gripe with Mama Tick, if you don't use a shield, there is a random chance of not getting the no hit fight, and it's out of players control. That makes me not want to go the morass route a lot of times...It sucks!
6:21 - The shockwave itself can't be parried, as you said, but funny enough, the slam can be parried, which is fun to go for, but it has to be very precise. 6:49 - The right side is a lot safer, as no crystals actually fall down there, so you can just chill if you want a safe fight. You still have to react to other attacks there, but a lot of times, it's much easier than on the left. Also you didn't even mention what happens when all three crystals on each pauldron light up. It may not be a problem on most builds, but low scroll counts and bad builds are a thing even on 4 and 5bc, especially now that so many have reached it with easy frost combos, which simply don't work on him. There are ways to avoid those very easily as well, which might have been worth including. (Lmao ranking the Giant equal to Scarecrow) 18:19 - I can only speak for myself here, because that's how I play, but I don't look for exclamation points at all. I react slightly delayed based on the particles that appear between the beheaded and the boss, and for me that's way easier. For anyone who may not like the exclamation point placement here, as it's very far up the screen, try this instead.
I honestly think the scarecrow would be the hardest boss if it wasn’t for the spoiler boss’ insane health and damage. However, I’ve fought the giant and the spoiler boss much more than the scarecrow (coz the giant gives way better loot and my build tends to be better for the giant), so I feel like if I had more practice with him I would see him as easier

At 1:42 during this phase i found that if you have the assault shield you can stop her from ever attacking by hitting her with the assault shield when you see she is about to attack i think this is because the assault shield stuns her cancelling the attack this was how i beat her on my first try
When I first found this guide, I was actually struggling with the Conceirge and a little offended that you dismissed it right at the beginning. After a couple days of playing and learning to optimize my scrolls, I realized you can basically face tank him with a brutality or survival build, a turret or two, and a shield, only needing a couple parries if any. Then I was like "okay, now I get it."
tips: when mama tick changes sides, use the chance to sip out of the health flask if needed, use root grenade on the timekeeper (most attacks of hers are parryable, thats also an advantage), the concierge ignores turrets and death's scythes in first phase are parryable.
My main issue with the hand of the king is that he has TONS of health, but im only on 1bc. It takes me forever to get down even a third of his health. You were fighting on 5bc and he had as much health as in the training room. The only reason I can beat him in the training room is because the fight is short, but it really isn't in an actual run.
The legendary Symmetrical Lance almost trivialized the 5 BSC fight. Aside from the massive damage making it boss fight viable, it ignores shields, including while he’s healing, so I just kept wailing on him and pushed all the phases at once. It was hilarious.
