I do Walk with the Divine meditation every morning. I actually run during walking part, it's so fun! When it's a cloudy day, the clouds part at the end, and the sun shines just for me for a few moments. It's been about 5 times already. Yes, now I am looking forward to cloudy days...to feel the Life itself bless me 😊

I did the walk meditation in my backyard ~ after doing a run/walk (3.1 miles) 5K for St. Jude children’s hospital research. ❤I ended up crying at the end of the meditation. Very cathartic. Thank you Dr. J for your energy I’m truly appreciative ❤
