You wouldn't happen to know what the bore size is on the stock AAP 01 inner barrel is by chance. I've seen a bunch of random sizes people throw out there. Somehow I doubt they are sending them out with 6.03. I know the stock length is 129mm.
I have also heard some say it has a 6.03 stock barrel. But I have never seen anything published anywhere by action army, so I am not really sure what the inner barrel bore size really is
Sorry I missed this comment. In case you haven't found out yet, It is a VSR style barrel. The one iN this video is specifically the 150mm MAPLE LEAF CRAZY JET INNER BARREL
So with a 150mm maple leaf crazy jet inner barrel, I used a 1.2" outer Barrel extension to cover up the inner barrel, and then you can put any tracer you want on the end of that. in this video I put the ACETECH LIGHTER R (it's just wrapped in black medical tape). If you don't care about glow-in-the-dark BB's, you don't need a tracer, you can just use any mock suppressor that is over 1 inch long. For the bucking I used a maple leaf Autobot bucking. Be sure to use the 60° one since the AAP shoots at a higher FPS for pistols. The degrees on the bucking are just different hardness for different FPS ranges. If all the 60 degree are out of stock, you can get away with the 70 degree. And before you go buying parts, I would disassemble your pistol, clean and lube the bucking and reassemble carefully just as in the video, and you might just see a huge improvement in accuracy. Be sure to clean out the inner barrel very well using a cleaning rod and paper towels that don't have too much lint. I clean my airsoft pistols after every day on the field to keep them performing well. My pistol shot very random out-of-the-box, and after carefully reassembling, it shot laser beams. So honestly the upgrade really didn't improve much. However if your pistol has a decent amount of wear, then these new premium parts should help out a lot.
@@RS-mq2ld LMAO 🤣 it shoots great! It's pretty good stock out of the box, but these upgrades make it a little more consistent, which is great for one taps, and conserving shots
@@franzglanz333 outdoor it's pretty accurate out to 100"ft, but starts to get a little inconsistent beyond that. Indoor with 0.25s you are pretty accurate out to 150-200ft. You can reach even farther with 0.20s But they are a little less reliable
Sorry. Missed this comment. It makes the gun noticably both more precise and accurate. Mine was pretty ok inconsistent out of the box before this upgrade. Also it will increase your fps by 35-50 FPS. So be careful of your field limits
I bought my barrel extensions on Amazon. But the product is no longer available. This for example looks like it would work, AOOHYEO 14mm CCW to 14mm CCW 0.8″ 2.4″ 4.8″ 7.1″ Outer Diameter 0.75” (19mm) AEG GBB Black Tube M14x1 Left Threaded Extension Accessories Four Pieces (Black) a.co/d/i6tM9jT Not sure how quality this product is though. It does have free returns if it doesn't work out. But also I saw many other listings when I searched "airsoft barrel extension 14mm ccw" on Amazon. Hope you find something 🤙
Oh yah, standard size is like 130-135mm, beyond that you can go up to about a 200mm and still be just under 400fps, but you will need a mock suppressor or an extended outer barrel to cover your longer barrel
any suggestions on what degree of bucking I should use for a 300mm long inner barrel? thanks a lot
thank you

Well done vid. An AAP01 is my next purchase, so I'm collecting these kind of vids ahead of time!
Same😂
Hello how many mm from the thread to sticking out barrel? Does 3 - 2 inch supp fit can hide it?
Sorry. Missed this comment. It's only about 1" sticking out past the threads
what mm was the inner barrel. 6.00, 6.01,6.02?
This one is a 6.02mm inner diameter. It's specifically the 150mm Maple Leaf Crazy Jet barrel VSR style
Hi, how does it shoot?
@@KillerKhemist that's a solid answer, thanks. what I wanted to know is how the aap01 shoots with the new inner barrel and bucking. Is it accurate?
