Hi John, Thanks for all these videos, love them! I recently took our small hs throws coach position. I'm an old thrower, I'm 50 lol, anyway I have about 7 kids, like I said small. However my son who is a freshman is one of them. His throws in Jr high were 170s so I think there is potential there. Any advice on what's the best way to transition to the larger implement and not get discouraged when he probably can't throw this one as far in your opinion. Thanks!
