There’s a ton of figures that look weird to me because I only keep them certain ways. Sometimes figures are even clearly designed to they just don’t call it out so YES.
That’s what I was thinking. With them being on ball joints and having swivels at the thighs it should work. I’d have to have it in front of me to be sure though.
Yes that works perfectly fine, I’ve done it on mine, changes the transformation a little bit though, instead of rotating his entire waist you just rotate the individual legs instead. But apart from that it’s just a way better figure when he’s like that.
They are on compatible ball joints that you can swap and the transformation still works fine when you have it done, my copy hasn't gotten very loose because of the swap and hopefully Cliffjumper won't, but I as with all modifications I would be wary of damaging your figure's stability and transformation
Maaaaan, if only they included a hinge to fold his chest down. All I want is a cybertron Bumblebee that looks great in both modes. While the Movie Cybertron Bumblebee has a huge backpack, this one has a huge tummy. The vehicle mode looks fire though 🔥 Excellent review as always Primevsprime!
You could kinda cheat it by angling his chest down with his legs forward then angle his head upwards so it looks straight. It's not perfect but it works
Wondering on what they could do with Cliffjumper and Jazz in my opinion Ik Cliffjumper will probably be repaint but I’m pretty optimistic about it But Jazz on the other had could be interesting in my opinion honestly Any thoughts???

I really appreciate that you do both conversions, I watch your conversions primarily because of it. I especially hate it when reviewers skip the conversion from robot mode to vehicle mode (hardest one).
Even in smaller scale this is a spectacular release. Despite the inaccuracy of the legs transformation, everything else is fantastic. Pinned wheels should be compulsory for all these deluxe era vehicles. As much as I like the updated Hotshot, the mushroom capped wheels kill any chance of him rolling in vehicle mode. Definitely getting the series, and actually excited to see how Cliffhanger turns out using this mold.
One little detail that I like a lot is that all of the weapons can be changed between the characters, just like in the game ypu can pickup many different weapons! And even if these legs are not the best, I like this figure very much! 🙌🏻❤️ Also, No I don't think we need reverse transformations 🤔 Like if we see the Transformation it is just a matter of doing it backwards, right? 🤔

I know reverse transformation footage might seem superfluous, but as some below already said... when you NEED reverse transformation, you really need it. It may not happen very often, but in the past, I've experienced figures that were packed in one mode, but the instructions started in the other... and simply "reverse the steps" doesn't always work... so it's a definite benefit.
For the legs to be turned the other way around, you could try to unplug them from their ball joints at the hips, switch them around, and pop them back in each socket, so you still can get the front of the hips facing forward when the legs are turned around as you did, but back to the original state when transformed. (I don't know if that would work for the transformation in vehicle mode, but worth a try).
Hi PvP! I liked your "hack" for turning the legs around, just a bummer that it makes the hollow butt face the front. I've actually got a suggestion for that part though! Could you try physically swapping the legs around? They seem to be on ball joints, so they should be easy to pop off and back on on the other sides. It'd be pretty much the same effect as your idea, but with the proper hips facing the front. Could you maybe try that and give us a small update / community post on the effect and if it works with the transformation? Would be interesting to know
Thanks mate! You can but it affects the transformation sadly =( Check out my community tab for some pics, hopefully it'll explain the issue a little better.

I think what happened with OP is that his budget went into the Axe as well as the gimmick gun, which is why the rear end of the vehicle mode is showing his robot mode hands and if the fingers could move, he would likely be giving the cons the middle finger as he retreats from the battle!!
Fantastic review PrimeVsPrime!! I was thinking of passing on the new SS Gamer Bumblebee, but seeing how much smaller he is compared to the original 2010 figure, I may have to get him after all. lol Keep on being amazing.

Man, very happy to find this video! Just bought the exact figure, but couldnt transform him properly until I saw this video! Great! 🎉 Appreciate! Maybe you have a link for the accessories for holding the figures?
I don’t have any of the originals but I do have a massive sense of nostalgia for the figures. So based on personal biased, they’re all a buy for me. Barricade included
When I was younger I owned the original 2010 bumblebee and I have to say, I prefer that one to the new edition, mainly because of smaller chest appears more angular/less globular. I can't find the lil guy tho, so I might just purchase the new edition since it's hard to find the 2010 version (that isn't priced higher than this one). I refuse to pay more for the older model lmao
Wish the legs had been kept similar to the OG figure, but overall looks good! Really confused as to why they left out the detailing in the rear though, just left it blank and yellow. Makes me give the OG figure slightly higher preference in terms of aesthetic.
I don't understand people who say that the new bumblebee is more accurate in vehicle mode because they see a concept art where they show him with the red neon lights in the headlights and with his front end in black when that is not the case in the game . see just a gameplay and you will realize that the bumblebee figure from 2010 is more accurate in that aspect. Still the new figure is great. Very good review
I do understand the limitations of the size of the figure, but I do wish the chest looked better. Still, I do love how the posability works, as well as the use of the weapons like the sword being hand-held instead of being connected to the wrist. And the vehicle mode’s still an absolute banger like the original 2010 toy.
I need an actual mouse that looks like wfc bee Also pls keep the reverse transformation segment, really makes the video more comprehensive and ties it together 👍
Have you tried to literally take off the legs, rotate the waist and the legs, and then put them back in? Mainly so the hollow gap isn't facing forwards.
Bee is my favorite since the G1 days (dating myself real hard on this one) and seeing how good this WfC version looks makes me really happy. Good thinking on the legs mistransformation, I'm sure we'll get soon an upgrade kit to cover the hollow side of his thighs ( and maybe the butt too).
looking at the legs i'm fairly certain some folks will take it up a notch and actually pop them off their mushroom pegs before swapping them around. fr tho, his legs really do look way better with the wheels facing the outside.

I need an actual mouse that looks like wfc bee
Also pls keep the reverse transformation segment, really makes the video more comprehensive and ties it together 👍
Have you tried to literally take off the legs, rotate the waist and the legs, and then put them back in?
Mainly so the hollow gap isn't facing forwards.
You can but it affects the transformation sadly =( Check out my community tab for some pics, hopefully it'll explain the issue a little better.
@@PrimeVsPrime ight!
Just picked this dude up and damn am I glad you give detailed transformation instructions. I just could. not. get it.
Please keep the Reverse Transformations.. awesome video by the way!
Ya'know, it would be really cool if Hasbro made a gaming computer mouse, of bumblebee's vehicle mode. I for one would buy that!
