      Larry Elder and Candace Owens are in denial to the blatant and perpetual existence of systemic racism and system sexism (www.tripoetry.com/Letters/reynoldsrap-systemic.htm). FACT: At absolutely no point in the history of the United States of America has the socio-economic status of people of color and women been equal to or greater than the socio-economic status of White men. Where's any EVIDENCE of the actual existence of pseudo-equality they speak of? There is none.

      What you said is perhaps one of the stupidest things I've read in a while. Which black men and white men are you talking about? How about Chris Rock, Denzel Washington, Samuel Lee Jackson, the actor who starred in the movie Django (Jamie Fox ?) and a thousand other rich black athletes? How is the systemic racism affecting them? White men hate them so much that they're giving them millions of dollars!!
      You cannot measure the existence of racism by averaging the socio-economic status of a race and comparing it against another one. If that were the case, it would mean that Asians are oppressing white people in America because they do better economically. And what about the homeless white people? Throw do they compare with Oprah?
      Anybody could sit in their couch all day long and get jack shit done, just to be able to complain about being under-represented or having a lower socio-economic status than people who wake up early and work hard.

    • @gonzotown9438
      @gonzotown9438 5 лет назад +5

      There has been systemic racism in the past. And there are still some lingering effects of that. Black people, and poor people in general, were long treated as lesser people and undeserving of achieving success. And this has left many of them at some degree of economic disadvantage in the current day. But reparations are too simple to rectify any of that. Reparations are just a way for a handful of guilty white people to feel better about themselves, without doing anything to help with the problems. Instead of just throwing a money blanket on top of all Black people, there should be systems specifically for helping the poor when they are trying to raise themselves up.

And the undercover bigots will use the statement "Well Candace Owens is black and she is saying the samething, so how am I racist" not knowing that self-hate runs deep in communities of color (black, brown ect) I think Candace is very intelligent and Witty but some of her talking points comes off as if she's purposefully trying to pander to bigots. There's ways to want your people to mentally evolve and undo the brainwashing of the Democrats in order to do better for themselves but "trashing" them constantly and acting as if racism is a miniscule thing in America, isn't the way. Tbh both sides left and right are full of shit, one side isnt 100% correct over the other, and if one feels like that (which she seems to feel) then you are just as brainwashed just with different beliefs.

      One comedian said it best.. "Black people saw the old black tv and said those ain't real.. we need real tv to represent us! So now you have desperate housewives that ain't even housewives. Love and hip hop. etc..."

      They probably thought those black shows were too 'white' - it's only 'black' if they say Yo a lot and are running around with women, guns, drugs and slacking at school. Right?

      @Toob247 Toob247 To be fair, there are too many to name now. I am white, but I mainly watch black podcasts. ABL, Amazing Lucas, JLPtalk, and of course this one and larry elders show. There are too many to watch them all. JLP has 3 hours show each day, often interviews and fallen state stuff. BCP has 1-2 hours podcasts, and then small clips. Elder has daily shows, the others have smaller clip. It is like a job getting it all. Don't need more, just consolidate and get a bigger audience. They should form their own network. BCNN-TV. Black conservative news network TV. And there are so many great black political commentators on CRTV, but you have to pay to watch their fulltime shows.

To the both of you, Ms. Owens & Mr. Elder, I say, keep up the good fight. It is worth it. The young people of America DO need to hear your message more now than ever before. God bless both of you.

    As a conservative Christian, I realized this week that we as parents need to make sure we are talking to our kids about what Actual Systemic Racism is. I have a 13-year-old daughter, who is probably the smartest person I know. She just sees through the noise of any issue and has the talent to be able to see the heart of the matter. She blew me away the other day when she said " Dad, I hear you saying all the time that there is no systematic racism today, but I don't think anyone actually knows what that is."
    I pulled over the car and we started to break it down. We talked about how before the '60s there were laws supported by the local and federal government that demanded segregation and allowed violence and prejudice. And how that has all changed through a true civil rights movement, based on facts and non-violence.
    We talked about the BLM movement and how different it is from the civil rights movement of the '60s and the difference was very clear to her. then her eyes lit up and she said " So what scares me about this is what my kids will be told about BLM someday in school. Are they going to tell the BLM story and not the Martin Luther King story? Will BLM become the new model for protesting injustice in our country?"
    I was stunned. The only response I could give her was that it is really important that we keep talking to our kids to make sure they know the true story. We are white and that's okay. We do not owe the black community anything but the same respect you would give any human being. If we see true injustice, we should stand beside them and try to make a change. If you see a fellow human hurting, help them however you can because its the right thing to do. The color of their and our skin has nothing to do with it.

      Neo-Marxist Democrats cry about institutional racism, yet Democrats control all thebmajor institutions such as mainstream media, education, medicine, Hollywood, social media, etc.
      IF there is institutional racism, then it's because of Democrats.
