Ive been having this headset bro-chachos. They've outlived 3 phones. I love the battery life and the fact that they don't slip of while you are working is great..just don't lay down on your back. I love them!
Yes I'd love the DeWalt Bluetooth ear plugs they are great I had to go buy me a pair I wear them all the time especially around my wife😂 they really do block out noise you don't want to hear
I was hoping you would show how to properly fit the earbids, especially the hook thing, rather than just saying fit them properly. Can you point me to where I can get instructions on fitting?
I’ve had a pair for 2 and a half years and they were great! That is until I lost my favorite bud tips for them. I liked the rubber 3-tiered buds and had the medium size ear hook pieces. That was my go-to set up for a long time. The problem is they came off the headphones to easily and i would go to pull the earbud out and it would leave the rubber tip inside my ear. Very annoying especially if someone was talking to me. My other problem, and this is kinda gross, but my ears are very waxy. The rubber tips would plug up solid with earwax to the point you couldn’t hear anything through them. Easy to clean with a small diameter stick or wire, but something to be aware of. If anyone knows where to get replacement tips for them please let me know. Even if they aren’t Dewalt branded replacements. I ended up buying a pair of 3M worktunes earmuffs with Bluetooth + am/fm and they’re nice too, but your ears get really sweaty in them.
These are great, wearing a hearing aid on one ear, plus safety glasses or regular sun glasses these don’t hang around your ear so they dont interfere with your hearing aid around your ear and glasses over your ear And of course your hat. Run time is excellent.
I have used them for years newer version is deffinatly best.....I love them.....only downside is if you have to lay on your back....they tend to slide off
Excellent option for me. I have Walkers DualMic earmuffs I keep taking out of my shooting range bag to do woodworking, then return them to the range bag and the process is on-going now for about 6 months. Looking into ear pro to keep in my construction box.
Your right, having air pods fall out of ear on a roof and watching it roll all the way down 20-30 ft to ground .... not fun. The attachments make a difference.
these sound awesome just wish there was a version with active noise canceling like the CMF neckband pros. Hopefully with those out Dewalt will make a competitor again with ANC. Kind of on board with neckbands with how many times you have to take out the earbud to hear someone properly or how long it takes for "transparency mode" to take effect when i can just pop them off and let them hang on a neckband
Love this ones. Then they broke , accidentally. Got new iPhone 12 and bought the same dewalt head set and the iPhone can find them at all in Bluetooth.
I love them. My headphones are bag about falling out and this helps me from losing them plus the different ear pieces here the falling out problems too:)
That's my dilemma as well. Many times, I only just put one ear bud in and leave the other out to hear my surroundings. As in driving or where I'm working. I want to like these... But that's the clincher for me as well. I mostly listen to podcasts.
I’ve had 3 pair first version lasted 2.5 years I love them I bought the new version with usbC charger figured I’d like it even more but I have a glitchy issue with them I have IPhone and Iwatch the 2 original pairs I have never an issue but the new pair doesn’t work well with the phone and watch at the same time it won’t let me answer calls from the dewalt button have to answer on my phone then switch to Bluetooth it’s a pain so I still use my old pairs more than the new
I'm having the same experience. It doesn't vibrate either. I work in a noisy environment and the vibrate mode helps to alert me of incoming calls or messages.
If you really went through 3 pairs all with this issue, it was probably from using a charger that was pushing too much current. Try using a low wattage brick like a standard 5 watt apple brick, etc... Other people haven't seemed to have this problem after such a short time, so something is causing this issue. But that also tells me this product may not have great charging protections for the battery. Best of luck to you!
I'm having the same problem and I love these things. I work outside and they are great. I have the wireless ones also but they keep falling out of my ear so with these I don't have to worry about losing them. But I just used them yesterday. Got to work this morning went to turn on my set and Nothing. Won't turn on won't charge??? I have no idea what happened. I'm hoping if I call Dewalt they can help. I've had mine like 6 or 7 months so the store won't return mine now
Personally, i dont like to have any headphones while working at all, so it looks nice and tempting, but Personally no i can't have things on my ear while working. i need to listen and pay attention to my surroundings
DO NOT BUY THESE HEADPHONES!!! Okay now here's the reason for why I'm saying this, I bought my first pair of the dewalt bluetooth headphones back in like 2017, Those headphones lasted me well over 2 years in the construction industry, and I mean I put them through the Ringer and back. One day I fell asleep with them on and when I woke up one of the ears didn't work anymore, But the headphones themselves still work they still power on, I had bought a second pair because I temporarily misplaced my first pair and I used those for well over 2 years. One day the same thing, one of the ears went out, I think something got caught on it while I was unloading a truck. So I went back to home depot and bought a third pair because the first 2 pairs did not let me down whatsoever, Those lasted on the job site for 3 days, So I went back and traded those in for another new pair lasted till Friday, 5 days. These new headphones are a new design and apparently they did something wrong with this design. So don't waste your money on these I have thoroughly tested them out they're trash.
I have 2 brand new dewalt...each pair Lasted less than a week....now neither Pair will power on...dewalt is junk If your buying new ear buds....try anything except dewalt
@@WorkshopAddict it happened like sometimes even if the battery is high or medium. I don’t know if o can exchange it, i bought these like 3 months ago.
@@benjaminraikany9184 I honestly suggest you take them back to home depot and get your money back. Don't bother exchanging them the new version of this headphone is garbage.

@@loucifer4205 Well he most certainly does know what he's talking about I will agree with him, And by the way I don't believe Milwaukee makes a pair of these headphones. As far as the rest of the tools go Milwaukee and the dewalt are on even ground. In some cases Milwaukee is better, in some cases dewalt is better but there is definitely no clear winner here.
I found my on a sidewalk after a rain. Let them dry out. Charged them. Now I'm listening to you. Price was right. 😉 Thanks

Best work buds out there , I’ve lost countless previously, these fit perfect , sounds awesome . Holds charge , highly recommended
Loved mine for mowing grass, helped drown at the tractor noise, only thing is now they won't power on and they are only 6 months old!
Trying to get them right, great for music, stereo is awesome sound..how it integrates with phone calls is yet to be decided
Using the link in the description to order great vieeo thanks for solving my problem

No hearing aid function?
are these low latency? as someone who does metal detecting, we need low latency Bluetooth earphones to connect to the detector. 👍
interesting wonder when they'll be released in Aus
Bunnings in late October!!
Why does this not have some magnetic holster... They just dangle it's annoying... I'm going to try them out for a while.

Does this item have a "vibrate" alert mode?
No it doesn't unfortunately. The feature I miss the most from the old LG tone platinum series
Those black rubber bands suppose to stay ? Or are those for packing and shipping ?
I would guess they are for shipping. I do not remember them.
How the hell do you hang up a call on these ? When I push the power on button it just puts the person on hold and doesn’t actually hang up

When on a call, turn up the volume on your phone. That should fix it.
How can I force reset that earphones
