Finally caved and got a GoPro 4 Black with a mic wind reducer. Way better sound vs. my GoPro Session 5 when paired with the Feiyu or Evo (sounded really bad with Evo).
This video might not have all the views but it inspires me to drive 7 hours in one day so what does that tell you?
Nice man! Hope you enjoyed it. Still one of my favorite trails and I've ridden quite a few places in the US/Candana/NZ by now.
Can't wait to rip that trail tomorrow.
This trail ripped my rear derailleur out lol, love it
This is awesome footage!! Please email media@annexproducts.com, we'd love to share this on our social media channels.
Sick riding, sound is great. First time on Lower and I got too excited at the bottom, sent the roll into the bridge and almost ended up in the creek haha.
Can you share the strava segment to go up the hill?
I’ve been wanting to go there but don’t know the route to go up the summit, is there only one way to go up?
This trail devoured me whole, this evening. Definitely not the one to try blind, with a shitty light, on a plus hardtail, but I had good long laugh coming back to rewatch your gimbal footage of it when I got home. LOL. You're a fucking rockstar.
Took a drive from Salem to ride predator and Duthie. You guys have some great trails. I wish I had predator in my state
Nice man - I haven't ridden much in Oregon, def. a lot of places on my list there.
Luke, can't wait to get back to Washington, trails look sick. Nice vid!
Thanks for watching!
Why would they consider predator a double black? Looked like a single black raging river dh? Now Invictus is a double!
Don't be fooled by the GP effect - I've ridden both a fair bit and IMO Predator is def. more difficult than Invictus. It's more than 2x as long with 2x the elevation. I love both, but Predator has trickier sections and is much more physically demanding when running top-to-bottom. It's similar in length to the full No Service, but gnarlier. Go check it out and let me know what you think! Cheers man
Went up last year I got lost on the Climb,
Can someone hint to easy way tobFind the Trail !?
Appreciated !!
Check out the Trailforks app - head up Master/Quick link to get up there. Cheers!
Wow this looks super fun! Nice video man!
Thanks for watching, cheers~
Nice GX470!
Awesome!!!
Thanks for making this video. As a hiker I use the west side a lot. I’m grateful for the Washington Department of Natural Resources for making Tiger Mountain and many more places accessible to multiple forms of recreation.
It was smart to keep most of the biking areas on the east (but there are biking areas accessible on the west as well) and the hiking concentrated on the west (I believe master link is open to hikers while for obvious reasons Predator is biking downhill only no hikers). Again Tiger Mountain is AWESOME
cheers man. i hike and climb a lot as well. we need more bike trails imho. there are a billion hiking options, biking is very limited.
Yeah, Tiger Mountain is a rarity. Horse Trails can be found on lots of trails as well. But bicycle options are somewhat limited. Mount Si and the associated trails are all daytime hiking only, for instance.
Damn that was fast
Great quality! Enjoy all your edits. Makes me want to visit Seattle one day( I'm in UK). My only comment on this is in a lot of the sections it felt like we were going uphill!!?? Don't know if it's something to do with the angle of the gimbal but it really flattened everything out. Quality of the image and sound were awesome though. Always like your use of music as well,. feels like you've really thought about it.🤘
Thanks man yeah POV flattens out. Might try Wide or Medium vs. Superwide (this), but I think showing steepness is tough from POV. Cheers~
GoPros absolutely flatten things out. I moved to Seattle recently and was surprised how much steeper Predator was than the vids make it look. The rock sections before & after the road are nearly vertical but on film hardly look steep at all.
Indeed, much scarier when you're on top of these in-person.
Lmao have fun climbing tiger tho
I love seeing such a quality video of the local trails! Haven't tried predator yet but it looks rad. Keep up the sweet vids 🤙🏻
Thanks man, it's one of my favorite local trails.
Very content ! More 1 sub
Keep it up
I hope that i will produce content as good as yours !
Thanks man! cheers
Awesome! Just moved here (Sammamish/Issaquah) from Tucson. Been playing on the Duthie Hill stuff and can't wait to try out my new bike on Predator. I'll be a hellova lot slower but it looks nice and chunky.
Nice man - have fun. This is one of my fav trails in the state.
Sick riding. Good video for sure.
Thanks man, fun trail
thumbs up , nice vid
dang, rocks to rattle your teeth out! prob be hitting in a week or to. wonder if they will include predator in the sept enduro at tiger?
cool have fun man. it's definitely included in the enduros for expert/pro-level.
nice one! 🤘🏻🤘🏻
Thanks for the video! I'll be hitting that for the first time today. Cheers!
Nice man good luck!
Really nice vid! Awesome to watch, cheers. 👌

I enjoy watching your videos, can't believe you dont have way more subs than you do.
Thanks man, always fun to share
About to move here 20 min from this trail, Im so f-ing stoked!
stoked for ya!
@@LukeMTB Thanks man!
Aye wtf did they flatten the drop in to bottom of predator? I haven't been there since this summer.
Nope still super steep. GP effect.
Yeah I get that but I don''t remember there being dirt in between the rocks at all.
It's possible, but it felt the same as always to me.
Cool but where is the terrain park
