The best epic to me are the transportation: Cheapest especializated building that give 4 epic points (Alpha Taxi Station for 50 platinum keys) and second most chepeast building that give 3 epic points (heliport); and besides this, The buildings take up very little space, so you can fill your city with them when you make an Epic Project without suffering from lack of space.

Deberías comprobar que el pago se ha hecho, es decir, te han quitado el dinero. Si es así, con reiniciar el juego deberías tenerlo. Sino, ponte en contacto con el juego. Ellos deberían solucionarte. Saludos
