    Thank you for another awesome video !! Article 450 covers transformers however, I am not sure if the same article applies to polyphase autotransformers as they come in variety of types/models?

    Good presentation one question on transformers below 1000v if you should choose to use 250% over current protection primary 125% secondary would the primary feed wire have to follow.
    For simplicity say the transformer has rated input current of 100A I use 250% so 250A fuse would I have to use wire capable of 250amps.

      We usually only went 125% larger wire size then current or both the primary & secondary of plain Jane 480 to 120/208 volt transformers. I never went more then 175% over current protection. Preferred to always use a safety switch with quality 200 KIA dual element fuses .
