Years ago I fished with a guy at a BASS Invitational with one of those cavitation plate Trolling Motor. That style 2nd TM is pretty common on our electric only lakes around NJ too. If they didn’t want you to use the Crappy ones why didn’t they just ban them? They did the same thing to the Front Runner and Doubled Fluke rig when they ban the A Rig.

BASS needs to quit killing fish. Catch weigh or measure and then release immediately.
