ooh i tried this recipe too it was tasty tho my mom wasn't very impressed with it, if i remember correctly it tasted good with a little bit of dark chocolate i was in a baking haze tho so i might be thinking of a different recipe i tried lol
I think it's because the power and touch of insanity are both intoxicating, especially with the sexual slavery of Jasmine in the first movie. His voice is also very suave, and his magic of choice is illusion and manipulation as opposed to brute force.
@@schoenabby I think there is a problem that would need to be solved however... If you get long strands of meat, it's likely going to be super tough and chewy. If you get shorter fibers in the meat, it'll be more moist but slides into danger to become a meat puck. I don't think meat puck is what Saf is going for.
"dessert guacamole" is how brazilians traditionaly eat avocados. We normally eat them as a cream with sugar and lime juice. I was an adult when I found out that people actually ate avocados with salt!! It tastes really good as a dessert.
Hi, hobbyist baker here! In terms of leavening, breads that are leavened with baking powder are usually called quick breads. Think of something like banana bread: not exactly sandwich bread, but somewhere between bread and cake. That’s how I’d classify this one here.
I always struggle with that. Because in germany what we call cake is usually leavened with baking powder. It comes in all flavours like chocolate or lemon. It sometimes has a glaze but never buttercream. What i gather is called cake in the us is our Torte. But the cake part inside is still leavened with baking powder. There are of course some cakes made with yeast or relying on beaten egg whites, but those are kind of less usual.
In Germany it's considered a cake. What Americans call bread is called "Toast" here and solemnly used for being toasted and usually eaten with jam, more like pastry. If it has sugar in it, it's not bread. Americans put too much sugar in it haha
B. Dylan Hollis is LITERALLY my favorite person in all of TikTok and as soon as I seen the title I knew this had to be involving him! My two favorite worlds are colliding and I can be nothing but exited!
“Meat by the foot” would totally work. Dried meat + dried berries + a little fat = a delicious snack invented by the indigenous people of North America centuries ago. In my area of Canada, it’s called pemmican. But I’d watch you try to make your own version with familiar ingredients from the grocery store.
I'm finding that a LOT of these "Things that shouldn't be dessert/made this way" are just things that either were semi-lost to time OR just aren't culturally normal in certain areas to the point they seem bizarre and like they shouldn't work/should be gross. Also! I was wondering what pemmican is - it's the food loafs you can buy in The Sims 3 [first place I heard of it] that are your survival food if you go exploring the catacombs or the ancient puzzles where you're underground for daaaaaaays in game.
I love how involved Safiya and Tyler are involved in each others channels and almost sort of blend. They are super cute together and it only goes to show how much they enjoy each other's company. And even with them being so involved, you can still tell a clear difference in art style.
In the Philippines, we do eat avocados as a dessert. We cut the inside up and then put it in milk and sweeten it with condense milk. Sometimes we add bananas too. It's also good with just sugar.

Hello, I've been married for almost 3 years now and sceptical as i was, i have to admit, married life can be awesome hehe. Now i wish i was married years ago
I've been married 28 years this week. Marriage has its ups and downs, but in the end, when you're making a life with your best friend, it's worth the effort. Your spouse is the only member of your family that you get to choose, so choose well and wisely. We are definitely stronger as a team and wouldn't be the people we are today without one another.
The best thing in any of your cooking videos, is Safiya's thinking face. I love watching her mull over each flavor to describe it as accurately as possible
I didn't even question Tyler's method of shaking the flour until Safiya said something because that's my method too 😭 also, mighty NEED for the unedited cut of Aladdin discussion. safiya is SO right
Just from seeing how much sugar went in and that the avocado is supposed to act like butter, my brain went “that’s not bread. that’s cake”. I don’t think this recipe for me, but I’m glad you guys said that it was not bad
Came looking for this comment as soon as I heard "replacing the fat that usually goes into bread" ... what bread has fat in it ? Bread is flour + water + yeast + TIME & SWEAT
Desert guacamole (in theory): Avocado with sugar instead of salt. Lime juice Strawberry diced up in place of tomato Coconut flakes or chips in place of onion Lime zest as jalapeño Then using cinnamon chips to eat it. I’m so here for this!!! 😃
As someone from a culture who eats avocados sweet, never salty, approved! 😂 TBH, the avocado with sugar and lime juice is our avocado cream, we just do it and put it in the fridge and eat it, has the texture of pudding So why not add fruit? It makes total sense!
We make our banana “bread” very similary. You can also do it with pumpkin, sweet potatoes, and butternut squash with very few changes in the recipe. It keeps the same texture, soft on the inside with a good crust.
I HATE to admit that I actually got the chills when Safyia sang the count song… that rushed back a memory (and every word of that entire song) to my brain. I continued to watch every “don’t hug me, I’m scared” video because they were of my same era.

Fun video! I absolutely love avocado so this recipe is a must (although I'd probably make a banana avocado bread to avoid all the processed sugar). The avocado bread also seems like it would be delicious with a bit of dark cocoa powder for a little chocolate delight. Regarding the comments about yeast and bread, yeast is not a technical requirement for bread making (though it does give that delicious taste and texture that we are used to when we think of bread like with pizza crust or a baguette). Bread can be differentiated by being called yeast bread if using yeast. But yeast is a rising agent, thus bread is technically also possible with other rising agents like baking powder or soda (like you would use for biscuits). And these are called quick breads since you don't require the extra rising time like when using yeast. Because cakes are also almost similarly made, breads like that of banana, zucchini, pumpkin, avocado, or other quick breads using fruit or veggies, are similarly textured, though more dense like a muffin. The added sugar also contributes to the texture and taste likeness to a cake or pound cake. Lastly, for Your avocado bread toast, try toasting the bread in the oven on both sides and then add the avocado. Just an idea to make it more toast-like!
i was just today watching B Dylan Hollis's videos and thinking how fun it would be if you'd try some of those recipes out... and lo and behold here it is!!! what is this witchcraft???
