I wouldnt say the Sars are better than Glocks but they are just as good for sure. In fact for the price I recommend either the excellent Glock or Sar pistols. If you like the Sar pistols the EAA Witness pistols are pretty nice too.
When ever there is a Sarsilmaz review, the comments are full of "I dOnT bUY tUrKiSh" guys. I politely remind them that they typed the comment from a device made in CHINA.
Too funny......I lived in Turkey for 3 years, I have a different perspective than most, they are a proud people, and take pride in what they build/produce, be it a Hookah or a weapon......
I have three guns made made in Turkey and have owned others before. Each one was a great gun and I had no issues with any of them. I have no problem buying a Turkish firearm.
prejudiced stupidity... Lots of that going on... They ONLY see what they wanna see...I went into a Cabela's to buy ammo and look at something as good as a CZ and not a single sales person or customer had any idea wtf they were talking about... The guy LITERALLY picked up a CZ and went, "see... Look at this slide... Nothing to grab to rack it so I wouldn't recommend a CZ..." I had to school the guy on the inner rail system... When I asked if he's ever even shot a CZ (since it's what most of these are based on) ofc or was a "no."
That’s an interesting way to try and encourage a fair review from YT. It’s a shame when they demonetize because the video basically stops being searchable
Good review. I have the Sar K2 45 about four years now, a Wonderful Pistol, I carry it during the Winter months with 200gr flat nose Double Tap rounds.
I’d like to see the Mega again. I owned a Canik built/Tristar Imported C100 clone of the CZ75 compact and it was a phenomenal budget priced DA/SA pistol.
Budget firearms get way overlooked , I have four SAR guns..all run great..just note the controls may be stiff until you run them..mostly safeties oil them up.
It must take a CZ 75 Mag, because the 2000 is the Spitting Image of a CZ 75. The 2000 is so Beautiful, you almost feel as if it belongs in a Display Case, rather than out on the Range.
My vote the SAR K-12 Sport...oh wait that wasn't one of them. 1st vote the Mega aka SAR 2000 it would be interesting to see how it compares to the other CZ clones such as EAA Witness. 2nd vote the B6C because I too have been thinking about buying a Rami and maybe this would be a nice alternative. 🤔 In 2020 we do get to cast extra votes right? LOL
They are no CZ clone, but rather Tanfoglio clones. In turn, the Tanfoglios are heavily inspired by CZ, but the trigger system works better. The best example is the firing pin block. On CZ when you pull the trigger you have to push it up and fight the spring inside of it. Here you have to let it down and you do not fight the spring.
I prefer Canik, but I do like SAR......so much so, two days ago I ordered my 5th model and pick up tomorrow.....the P8L.....what a beauty it is.....ported barrel and so nice. The B6C is awesome and also there is the B6 (longer) that is very nice too......I like Turkish made weapons......Girsan and Tisas are great buy also guys...Nice quickie video, enjoyed.
Love Sar firearms. My first pistol years ago was a K2P 9mm. Early version of the CM9. Still love it to this day. Great ergos, great trigger. No malfunctions thru 1000s of rounds. Makes me think of CZ P07. Love your vids.
i have a sar b6p & b6c. they are good guns that will shoot any ammo i run threw them & are more accurate than i am. i really like the cm9 & k245. would like more info on them.
Would love to see more of the B6c (and maybe polish up that feed ramp a bit in the undetermined meantime to see if that really helps the feeding issue?)
I’ve got my sar usa st45 like mid 2020 early covid times. It’s a .45acp 12 rd pistol from grab a gun. It fires great, but needs thorough cleaning after each shooting, otherwise it don’t cycle good if not charged by full racking and when dirty. It took lots of firing before it got it’s break-in. I love it now, fmj and jhp works great and well. I shoot at the range lately, I love it, it didn’t disappoint me!👍
I have the SAR B6P and love the smooth shooting, feel of the gun. I am in agreement with your feelings about the thinner slide of it. I don't like that about the handgun, otherwise I love the ergonomics and capacity of the gun.
Excellent video on what I feel are a excellent line of firearms... I own quite a few Turkish made from Canik,, TriStar,, and Sar Arms/Sarsilmaz in 9mm and 45acp and also a EAA Witness in .45acp and have had excellent results from all of them.. I'm glad to hear you talk about the bore axis of the CZ design and that it is not really lower than many other Firearms it is just a visual trick for lack of a better term from the fact that you don't see all of the slide since part of it is inside the frame instead of the entire slide hanging over the frame,, seems like most other people don't understand this and some of them are quite seasoned gun reviews who always talk about the lower bore axis of the CZ design.. And while it is an interesting design and provides much more support of the slide it does make it harder to grasp since there is less material there to grasp... All that being said of the four you have shown here I feel the CM9 is the best of the bunch.. I have had one of these several years and it is darn impressive for the $259 it cost at the time from cdnn sports... Also I do own a CZ Rami and that b6p is quite a bit larger than the Rami..

Interesting video of some of sarsilmaz pistols. I have a sar usa st45 which is great in .45acp fmj after many rounds I spend at the range but seems not good with .45acp jhp. Bec I just do racking successively to check my pistol with fully loaded magazine with jhp, some get stuck at the chamber. Then I clear and insert the mag and rack the slide, same thing, rounds by rounds, some get stuck. If you have a chance to make a shooting video next time, try sar st45 using jhp. Thanks.

The K2 45 is the best handgun I’ve ever fired. Light recoiling, accurate, high round count, and built like a tank. If you can find one they are worth having.
I have the CM9 I’m pretty sure the mags are 17 rds. I have the stainless slide version and paid around $268 for that gun, less than two years ago. I’ve recently seen them on sale for $300 at kygunco, but they’re usually closer to $400 when not on sale.

I purchased a B6 ( just ). It was the cheapest and best reviewed gun that Dunham's was selling in the store.. The B6 is just a larger gun with a black barrel and holds 17 rounds ( comes with 2 clips ). See about that one.
I recently bought a SAR USA K12 Sport 9mm and love it.. The quality is outstanding. Obviously I’d prefer a handgun made in the USA but inasmuch as I decides that I wanted a CZ Shadow 2 style gun, I was left with a choice of a Czechoslovakian $$$$$ gun, an Italian Tanfoglio $$$$, or what I finally chose.. the Turkish SAR K12 Sport $$. The SAR was 1/3rd the price of the CZ, 1/2 the price of the Tanfoglio… so obviously a no brainee choice. All of the reviews I’ve seen for the gun have been excellent.
Had 2 of the cm9s, well technically a CM9 and a k2p gen2 (same gun) They hold 17+1 rounds. The mag is just only marked to 15 so many importers called it 15 round mags and then Sarsilmaz started importing them themselves and basically copy/pasted previous importers ads. Also, CZ75s are meant to be racked European military style with the muzzle staying facing toward target/forward away from shooter as if pulling back a slingshot. No hand wrapping over the top of the slide. Apparently they were afraid of blocking ejection ports and flagging friendlies while charging the weapon. Early 1911s we're actually designed this way as well. Front serrations on pistols basically became a thing for the American civilian market and then slowly became somewhat standardized. But slingshot though less grilly on most guns is safer and arguably easier and quicker with cz75 type pistols. (Though the k2p can really go either way)

Thanks for the reviews. I just ordered the B6c in stainless. It's my first polymer frame handgun as I am a..." double action is my safety! " kinda guy and not many polymer double actions out there.
The SAR 2000 has a reversed safety from what you showed, for whatever reason. On it, safe is up and fire is down. I'm also personally not a fan of the trigger, it isnt rounded enough and so the edges get uncomfortable on the finger rather quick. Also for the SAR 2000, when on safe you absolutely cannot rack the slide.
Love sarsilmaz. Recently found an older model P8S, barely shot. Thing is such a beauty and is butter smooth. I’d take a Canik/SAR over Glock any day

Thanks for the reviews. I just ordered the B6c in stainless. It's my first polymer frame handgun as I am a..." double action is my safety! " kinda guy and not many polymer double actions out there.
Thanks for the reply! Havent had any problems…..yet
sir,pls review the NP27 of norico commander size.thank u,god bless🙏👍👏
They were never imported into the US and never will be so that review isn't going to happen unless he travels to Canada
The SAR 2000 has a reversed safety from what you showed, for whatever reason. On it, safe is up and fire is down. I'm also personally not a fan of the trigger, it isnt rounded enough and so the edges get uncomfortable on the finger rather quick. Also for the SAR 2000, when on safe you absolutely cannot rack the slide.

love sar. high quality guns.
