Stormy ran rings around Necheles. The defense was in a panic. They didn't expect her to turn everything they threw at her on its head without being overly combative.
Her testimony was as irrelevant to the case as she is. She didn’t help the prosecution at all. Nothing in her 8 hours of testimony had anything to do with the charges the prosecution is trying to prove. Her testimony was only meant to make Trump look bad. At the end of the trial the prostitute’s sick testimony will backfire on the judge and DA.

Nechelas listened to Trump on wanting his lawyers to act more aggressive and I think it blew up in his face cause when the defense decided to do the stupid thing to call stormy a liar this was an attack on her credibility and this opened the door for her to defend herself and I think she stood her own. Now comes Michael and it'll be damning for Trump and could end him which he deserves for this mess
No, she didn't. She contradicted her signed affidavit (perjury) and literally stated she refuses to adhere to a court order, why would anyone believe the testimony of someone like that?

There's legally no reason for him to testify. Daniel's testimony was irrelevant and Cohens is largely irrelevant because the paper trail exonerated Trump already. They have to prove intent, which requires telepathy.
When the prosecution is destroying their own case let them. Cohen will finish it off and backfire like their previous witnesses. I’m embarrassed for those prosecutors. A convicted perjurer and a prostitute is what they’ve built the biggest trial in history on. You can’t make this stuff up lol

Strange assumption that if a witness can be triggered into getting defensive or irritated with being misrepresented, that they are therefore not credible. You'd hope that the legal case would be the most important issue.
We do hope so. It's always been true that our lives were built around our peers being selected at random to decide the stuff that couldn't reasonably be voted on, but this time it's creepy. The defense is assuming that if they change the rules, they will have created a whole new game. Horror movie plots do that too.

The judge is a coward. Who else would get to flout a gag order 10 times and remain out of jail? It doesn't bode well for sentencing if the jury eventually convicts. At this point probation is probably the worst punishment that will be meted out. Plus a $1000 fine.

The judge said he found him credible in the civil trial. We saw him testify to congress. He owned what he did and was honest and open. He did an amazing job.
