There was a popular theory when Chapter 1 was released that said that Ace was a joker card and his unique magic allowed him to "pass" as a heart card (or as anyone who he chose to impersonate). This theory came to be because people thought it was sus to have another heart card when Riddle was already the Queen of Hearts. The theory was never confirmed + the lack of evidence caused it to be eventually dismissed (besides, Trey's UM is practically the same) but I like to think there's part true to that theory and Ace's UM will have a joker-like effect.

Pretty sure they have 2 meanings of an "underworld" in their universe. They have the underworld facility at S.T.Y.X for the phantoms in the present day but Idia was just referring to the original underworld associated with Hades and the dead in that moment
