I was thinking the same thing. The darkness and dreams reminds of Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance where Riku fought his hardest to protect and save Sora. Against Young Master Xehanort and the Nightmare Organization 13. It was a wild fight and oh against Nightmare Armoured Ventus in the darkness.

Sebek, Grim and the prefect search for silver in the darkness and view a few memories of home while contending with the dark creatures. They soon find Silver but he nearly loses himself and Sebek used his unique magic to reach out to his companion before telling him to fight him as he saw he was too consumed with guilt over the truth about his past. Let's hope that Sebek can reason with Silver.
