I try to book an infrared sauna session at least every other week to lower my inflammation. I wish I had one at home!

I’ve been using my new sauna everyday for a solid month now, and can’t describe in words the difference I feel from beforehand. I’ve lost weight, sleep better, and the pain from sore muscles after exercise or from my arthritic hands has been relieved immensely. I can’t even think of going back to life without it.

I am so grateful to have come across this podcast. I love to use the sauna and am thrilled to find out about your company.
Looking forward to the experience of a Sunlighten sauna. Thank you for your research and for bringing this to our attention.

Y'all... You wouldn't believe this. Just last night I was dreaming I went into a wooden sauna and when inside infrared lights turned on and in the dream I was like "wow, how nice!!" Then I woke up from the dream, opened my phone and saw this video in the feed... Oh my gosh I wish I had one in my home so badly! Can you just buy infrared lights instead of the whole sauna?

A year and a half ago I bought an infrared sauna blanket, which can be a cheaper way to get a similar experience. I think mine (from the brand MiHigh) was around $400 on sale.

I am in between ordering a sunlighten or a Radiant Health. Radiant seems to have lower EMFs and better non toxic wood. Does anyone have any information on this??

I have so many questions but will stick to 1. We have an infrared at home and you said to start with it not hot. I do not sweat? Sometimes I don't sweat in there at all even when it's hot? Why and is it still helping me?
