I love this video, from the sharp clear sound of take-off to the detail of the beautiful SF skyline to the cool sounding accent of the pilot. I guess it's a lufthansa flight right? Those guys have A380 :D
Great video. Too bad you didn't catch the Golden Gate Bridge which was directly below the plane, but still great video. Interesting perspective to be almost at eye level with the wing, and that tail camera would be a freaky feature if the plane were going down.
In a nutshell -Depending on road surface, tread depth, tread pattern, tread wear, tire pressure and speed air passing through the tread and around the tire coupled with the rubber meeting the road all contributes to rolling tire noise. The air movement creates the high freq noise you hear and the rubber to the road creates the low freq noises.
That's actually tire noise you are referring to. You can hear the engine whine top out around the 0:35 mark. The same noise your car makes when you accelerate onto a long highway ramp.
A beautiful fly-over of San Francisco, off the runway, headed northwest, straightening out to due north and finally heading east over downtown. The Golden Gate Bridge was just below the vantage point but wasn't included in this presentation. International flights out of SFO typically fly over the North Pole and down the other side of the planet instead of heading for New York City and across the Atlantic (unless, of course, they make a stop on the East Coast before flying on to Europe). In Spring and Summer, these flights are practically in constant daylight for the duration of the 11+ hour flight from California to European destinations.

@chrisseBerlin You are right. I have flown the A380 several times and it it VERY quiet. Not just during take-off but also during the flight. Also, this aeroplane lifts off very early. It doesn't need as much runway as a 747 to take off. A380 is a great flying machine.
Is that Lufthansa? During lunch I go to my car sometimes and I can see the Frankfurt to San Francisco Lufthansa 380 make a 180 turn over Moffett Field for it's final to SFO usually around 11:45 am.

Lufthansa is the best airline to fly on. They really feed you well. In Economy Class even the small touches like Campari to Bailey's Irish Cream which is reserved for Premium passengers to the Milka Chocolate and good Inflight Entertainment makes for a pleasant flight . On United it would be a cold breakfast before landing on Lufthansa a nice hot breakfast awaits. Even on a Barcelona-Munich flight this past April I got a sandwich and a very good sparkling wine. I will be back on LH in about a week on the Airbus 380 from SFO(:

I love how the wings straighten out after take off. On the ground the wings are curved down, almost seem to droop. Very quite plane.

those are the flaps which are noisy. the ailerons are the tip of the wing and control the bank of the aircraft.
