Does the offence of Assaulting an Emergency Worker also cover people like bomb disposal technicians, pharmacists, immigration or customs officers, forensic scientists, psychiatrists, administrative staff and press officers in hospitals or judges, to name a few trades?
Would be good to put this into context on videos online such as people who film in public and get harassed , unlawfully detained whereby they are assaulted by an officer and suffer violation of Article 5 of human rights acts and police just using the terrorism act to cover themselves or a police officers entering your property without a warrant to intimidate or create a situation where they can get physical on public
