@Revo YT botshit
Dude this is really interesting, I've noticed Valorant feels a bit less snappy than CS, thanks for making a video on this Yettti
100% this.
rtx on
@Ryder Wilson why does it matter when we have a great pc ulike urself. I myself have all on max settings in valorant. Got about 950fps, capped at 144. Not everyone has a low end pc like u
@Ryder Wilson whats the point playing comp games on low when u can on high? It does not matter at all in valorant, just better visuals act. And no, im 32 yrs old, both my parents are dead so no money there. Iv spent 16.000$ on my pc, with a full costom water cooling. Dont pull up that typical yt card. Some of us act have a job. And dont brag about yr shitty hardware, both ur cpu and gpu are shit, i bet u play on a 1080p monitor to.
@Ryder Wilson 161hz? U mean 165hz ? A 1070ti dont have alot of fps with 1440p on ultra. Idk how picky u are but i prefer no fps under 120 in games. But u play mostly cs so no problem there. But in cs it matter yes with the low res, target being bigger etc. But in valorant there is no changes if u have it low or on high, same with the 4:3 16:9. The caracters is the same size anyway. So no advantages having it on low in valorant.
how does my friend who has a Nvidia GT 710 and has this but I have a GT 730 but don't have this?
Yeti I have a gtx 1660 super should I turn on boost+on or leave it on on.
You should try it out. I don't have the card, but what kind of % of GPU usage do you get during Valorant? If you're at around 40% you should definitely use boost+.
Even on a 1060 I can enable boost and have no fps drops, should be all Gucci
Reece Brown thank you
I also have a 1060 6gb, currently using boost no fps drops or stuttering so should be fine.
i have gtx1650 on a laptop, i take it dont use on+boost?
This guy saids 99.9% of people should have this on, the 0.01% with amd gpus punching the air right now lmao
amd has the same thing its just under a different name
lol AMD's had this for way longer. AMD anti-lag
@@core3777 doesnt it reduce fps and its wayyy worse? it was proven its bad to turn it on
i am using amd but i have that and i have a nvdia driver
i mean i have a amd but my gpu is nvdia
i got a 3090 do i get aim bot with this?
I Have 1660
Nvidia Reflex is not improving external input latency, in fact it is improving the graphics pipeline to not pre-render frames. This is sending info as direct from the graphics as possible, reducing frames slightly to improving the latency immensely
1660 super? If yes can i turn on boost?
I also have 1660 super and i am wondering
I'm using a gtx 1650 and I have it on boost, it didn't affect my fps but my latency is lower as expected.
can i use this? i have gtx 660
I have gtx 1650, Should i turn it on?
You mean gtx
Yess
i have 1060 3gb. should I have boost off on on?
Should i put it on only on
Or on+boost?
So what's the best option?
@@leeli4692 on+boost
I have rtx 3060 ti with i7 13gen and msi b660 but I get only 300fps
What are the consequences of turning on boost with a meh graphics driver?
Higher power consumption and probably higher temperature.
Is 2060 super a "medium-ish" card?
No with 2060 super, can you turn on + boost in nvidea reflex?
@@Exentioner you could just try and test it yourself it wont breake or anything
This is really cool but I have an acer predator with a RTX 2060 and intel core i7 10th gen. My frames are grade but my wifi is trash. So will this affect my ping?
Now nvidia needs to put it in csgo :)
Excited too see, what this will do on my new rig! (first time i will build a PC myself) currently running i5 9400 and RTX 2070. New Rig will be i5 10600k and the same GPU from the PC i use now. (hawking for that 3070 tho, money is already put aside for that aswell) but yeah, it already feels snappy and responive now, cant imagine how much more smooth it will feel on that new rig kinda excited! Great video and explaination btw
Get some fast speed ram aswell
i wouldnt upgrade the cpu if i were you, not a very big difference between the 9th and 10th gen, save the money for a better gpu in the future
hope so:), but if i were you i'd wait for amd cpu 4000 series... much better deal and the i5 will cost less
I have a 920mx .. do i need to put in in on+boost ? or just on ?
@John Chaser it works fine on 930mx so your comment is useless. Put it on.
So before the update, it was off?
I recently reinstalled valorant and I don’t have this option anymore. I’ve reinstalled vaguard and valorant multiple times and also made sure my drivers were updated. Please help
Your gpu?
Works butter smooth with my RTX 3060Ti❤️👍🏼
i wonder why my pc dont have
I have a 1050 and I don’t see the option? Everything is updated
doesnt support it
I created a new account and saw the option
Does it work for an rtx 2060 laptop?
should i use it on my gtx 1050 ti?
i mean he said it if u have more than 690 (i think)
yea then u should do it i have 1050ti and imma try it now
If my laptop has an rtx 2060, should I still avoid the 'on + boost'?
+boost lwill keep your GPU on a high clockrate, which is fine for Desktop PC,s but i wouldnt recommend it for Laptops unless you have decent cooling
I have a 3060 ti and 5600x. Should i turn on on+boost??
Thanks for the great video! Is there any way you could show us ur Nvidia control panel settings as well?
thx
Yeah man, I feel so much delay. So I will get this option in video after downloading GeForce experience?
bro i have gaming laptop with 1050 can i enable plz say
xD
I have lenovo 5i with 8gb and 1650ti 4gb ... Should i go for it?
Should I play full screen with reflex?
Or it can using on windowed.
Fullscreen, it'd be pointless since windowed is known to increase input lag and response time in games
ok im gonna use it on for now but can someone tell me if i should put on boost i have an i7 11700F with a 1660 ti
do i also need to turn on low latency mode from 3d settings (control panel)
So we need for this a nice grafickart + 360hz monitor ?
This is why I fee that Yeti is underrated.
He enables his viewers to play at their peak and find out things that are holding them back, and is on point in every video.
Keep up the good work!
Can I turn on Boost on my 1050ti?
yes
Its just marketing, not a huge difference.
me sitting back here with a 750 ti
Same here Bro ;(
i have this option in 750ti should i turn on ?

i got it too like 2 weeks ago. such a good monitor
do you guys have it on ''strong'' the overdrive mode?
can someone reply...I have downloaded the latest drivers and set low latency to ultra in nvidia settings but still valorant not showing any options for nvidia reflex
Did the driver specify it includes nvidia reflex? They're slowly rolling it out to all cards so you may not have it yet.
If you figured it out, please let me know

i have a gtx 760 rn and i have the option

my pc i3 8100 gtx 1060 6g 8gb ram i can open it ? or make it off is better because i running it on but got laggy and packtlose and many drop frame
Sooo you said that it only works on 9 series + GPU,
Tho im using an 860M and it still works, Might be cause the Nvidia drivers are the same for most cards
We'll, the 800 and 900 series are the same architecture so it wouldn't be an issue
will it work for mx150 laptop?
i have it available but i dont know whether it will work or not
My Gtx750 ti is working with Reflex and it is awesome
Ty good for you r info
10700k 2080s shoud i on + boost?

Hey I am using a Laptop with rtx 2070 chip what setting do you suggest me to use for the latency!
does gtx 16 series have it? I have a 1650
Game feels laggier and less snappy with it on. Turned it off and now its fixed. 2080super
I agree. 2070 super here... with maximum performance on and never overworking the PC, using this feature makes game feel worse.
GTX 660 2gb is it ok for On+Boost?
Shhhhhh don’t tell anybody
How are you liking Killjoy so far?
1650 4gb should enable boost or not ?
how about gtx1050 2gb ? on+boost ?

1.
windows + r
Type "msconfig"
Click boot
Make sure the OS is selected then
Click Advanced options
Check Number of Processors and select the highest number
2.
Go to display settings
Advanced display settings
Change refresh rate to highest number of hz

how come i dont have an option for that

you need first to update ur driver to the lastest version next go to settings video, you need to have a nvidia card 900 and up ( doesn't work with amd)
@@sako639 k thanks i will do
can someone reply to me. I have geforce downloaded and I don't see it on my settings in valorant.
I updated my drivers too and still doesn't work :(.
make sure you go into settings and have the experimental thing checked. also go into nvidia control panel and go to manage 3d settings. find low latency mode and turn it to ultra
What if u have amd
its only on nvidia gpus i think. since its in the graphics driver.
Nice video. I was looking for the difference between On and On+boost. I will turn On+boost and make some tests. Is it visible the difference?
I personally do think there is a difference on a 2070, framerate feels more stable on On+, but all it does is it forces the GPU to not be in power saving mode - most GPUs aren't gonna be doing this anyways.
It increased my ping
Dude what... Your GPU has nothing to do with your internet lol. Stop trolling.
I'm on a mobile graphics card which is mx130 on a laptop. I tried it using the on option not the on+boost and I saw a difference it is a lot snappier. Just remember to plug in the laptop while playing. Haven't tested the on+boost option but I guess it might get a lot hotter if you're using a laptop so I just use the on option
Same I’m using mx150 and used on+boost it feels so much snappier and temps didn’t really increase much
I have 1050 2gb graphic card should i put ON with BOOST? "ON+BOOST"?
I have 1050 on my laptop and maybe on+boost is too much for me, because I had some lags when I tried on+boost, maybe gpu over heat. Today I will try again
@Yeti i have a 2070 super, should i use the On and boost or just keep it on On mode
Definitely try boost with that beefy card and let me know if you feel an improvement.
@@yeti you are my soulmate man
wait so should i just turn off ultra low latency mode?
You don't need to disable Low latency if you play other games which will use nvidia reflex
well i use gaming laptop with ryzen 5 3550h and a GTX 1650 4gb, and i find this feature improve the gameplay like a lot better. So i think i can say its safe on laptop if u have decent specs, mine have stable 120 - 130 fps
