It’s always a worry when a baby has a high temp…you’re both good parents . I always gave my babies tepid baths with rubbing alcohol in the water along with the Tylenol meds. God is faithful ❤
In an earlier video i noticed that you were coughing and was sipping through the straw you allowed Taavi to sip through the same straw,which easily allows the virus to spread.
Well thank God!! The flu can be remedied. Lots of Fluids !! I am sure the doctor gave you instructions and recommendations!! When others are sick you need to stay away from them! He is going to be just fine! Love you baby Taavi. Feel better!

Hi guys u need to dress the baby warmer it's winter and the baby needs to wear undershirt and hat and winter coats at all times when u are out side.please Sylvia it's flue season now .yes every one is sick now but trust me.u had to dress him warm .
I was saying the same thing. Taavi is not dressed warm at all plus Koree and Sylvia was rolling in the snow not properly dressed. Coming from Africa with such a hot climate the last thing you should be doing is rolling in snow. Just saying ❤

I’m sure glad you went but remember you don’t want to wrap a child with fever with extremely warm clothing and blankets. It will just make the fever worse. Also don’t be afraid to give him cool water in between feedings. Also, a Luke warm bath to start and then make it cooler to bring down his temp. These are good things that help so you don’t get into another situation like this. Praying for everyone to get better.
Yes Lots of water,juice,tea not warm , to cool him down he is almost 6 months now I think any dilute tea will help alot and lichter clothes indoors.In Germany we do „Wadenwickel“ very effective.

We Thank God for his better health. As a mother, i understand when your child is sick, you feel awful, you feel bad seeing the pain they are going through. You are definitely not fine until the child gets better. May God continue keeping you guys safe. The good side of catching a disease and healing from it, is that, you kinda get immunity over that particular strain.
I agree about the soother. Additionally, don't take anything for granted. He had a big change from his norm. Be careful and do what so many persons have been saying. Dress him properly. If you have flue he can get it as you breastfeed or just by caring for him. Finally, ensure that you eat well if you are feeding him.

Ohio winters are brutal especially coming from a tropical climate. Tavi s been in and out of restaurants stores and other places. Maybe better is to keep him home till he s acclimated more to the change in climate .not exposing him to so many people especially in this heightened flu season

Hey love just as a pre caution those blind cords are a health hazard, children have been known to wrap around their neck and die, so please tie them up high out of Tavvi reach.dont mean to be morbid but better safe than sorry. Glad to hear he is on the mend from influenza A. Love Light and healing

Sylvia, it is probably not a good thing to put a soother in Tavi’s mouth while he is sick because his nasal passages may be blocked and he will need to breathe through his mouth.

Whenever his temperature goes up, wet a cloth with cool water and put it across his forehead. Keep doing this turning the cloth over. You will notice how the cloth will feel warm. If the cloth gets too warm, rinse it in cool water, remove the water then do it again. This is an island remedy that I always did on my son when he had the flu and it helps to break the flu.
