- Second part of my 'winning objective games' series in World of Warships Blitz (you could call it the 'cap is lava' series); this time center control. There's only one driver to winning these games, explained in the vid. Not always easy, and you can't always influence the teams you're getting, but I provide several examples of doing so successfully and hopefully that will reduce the amount of people looking for oil on the edges of the map?

I've come to the realization people are always gonna ignore caps. No matter how often we make videos about it people will do what they want.
Hopefully some will pick it up… but I agree if you look at the footage it’s not encouraging 😅
I know the objective is to capture the center. Unfortunately I usually find myself alone and being focused by the enemy team because I'm the only one on my team who even thinks about capping.
This happens to everyone but Ive selected footage that shows teams going nowhere where they should be and the player still making a difference. Especially the last gameplay. Obviously if the reds are 5 inside the cap and your team decides to flank, then it’s over and you’re better off farming…
@@deathfromabove432 I think the reason is because people are afraid they’re actually going to bump into someone in those caps and they are not confident in their ability to win a fair fight.
Yeah, that's the part of the game I like the most, messaging the team to "capture target area", and receiving acknowledgment that several players agree and plan on moving into cap with you. But when you arrive, you realize its just you, and all the people who promised to show up, didn't. Even the 2 destroyers, who could've gotten there first, decided to hug the outside of the map as they yolo towards the enemy side. Now you're receiving fire from 3-4 ships plus carrier. You die.
Now you switch to watching your teammates, as you notice top tier battleships who've moved all the way around the outskirts of the map, and they are just now starting to get into range of enemy ships for the first time, with 1.5mins left, and they still have full health! They are now firing at an enemy ship towards the rear of the enemy side, therefore picking up useless last minute damage.
Due to the game's horribly inadequate scoring mechanics, the useless battleship players who basically caused the loss through their selfishness and/or cluelessness, end up ranked near the top of the team, purely because they did some useless last minute damage... 🤬
@@HighlanderNorth1 It’s like the old gag where someone asks a line of people for a volunteer and everyone steps backwards except for one poor unfortunate soul - that guy always seems to be me!

Yeah, and immediately afterwards, a new crowd is assembled, new volunteers are requested, and I'm the next lone sucker to step forward. But fortunately it doesn't 'always' work out this way. Sometimes we get lucky though, and we are part of the team that includes multiple base capture, as we shoot at the lone sucker on the other team who 'volunteered' to move into the base all alone. Alas, we feel his pain..... (Maybe)
The most funny fact in this mode is the player outside the cap all the game but who click all the game on the famous button "capture the target aera". 😂

If only we BB drivers could convince cruisers to hunt destroyers & convince the destroyer drivers that they are supposed reach the cap first, life would be sweet. Thanks for trying though.
I think i am going to make this video mandatory for all of my fleet members - all jokes aside, my number 1 complaint in this game tends to be people not understanding the win conditions in each battle!

So far what i found is many player not capturing the area and not kill the enemy, what they do is walk outside the circle and hide behind the rock.
sometimes I wonder what's going on inside their heads.
the 'cap is lava' syndrome :) Sad, as there are ways of staying alive in there, even alone. I hope I've displayed enough survival tools.
I’m going to make it mandatory for my friends to see these videos otherwise no play. Kind of like u need to be vaccinated to go into restaurants here in Melbourne.

What about when your playing WV and you go cap golden but your Bismarck flanks edge map for 10k total damage? I need assistance on how to win those games
I guess you can’t win them all… but you can at least put a good show and get some trophies and medals.

What about if u are in champagne or Bayard that can't tank... Would u play those ship from more range outside the cap, and then target the ships inside the cap?
Use islands for protection. Find an island that you can hide behind inside the cap. If you get flushed out use your speed to disengage. Also, safety in numbers. Group up with your team. Let a heavily armored teammate tank for you.
This is correct and I would add: bowtank to stay alive. You can see these elements at the beginning of the belfast segment. No smoke? Run behind the bbs capping and when they leave, bowtank to keep the cap.
