Thanks for the quick tutorial! I'm on Maya 2018 and am encountering a small issue where the audio scrubbing works just fine. Creating a playblast, however, does not include the audio. Can anyone help me with a fix?

I have a question.
I have gone so far with importing the sound and I can hear it with my cursor.
But when I am doing a playblast or test render I cant hear anything.

I believe Maya will not render an movie file with audio. What I do is render an image sequence and then edit the audio back in using a video editing program like Adobe Premiere.

@@jessirazo_jsl6086 gotta go to the timeline settings and make sure ur playback speed matches ur set fps. Mine randomly switched and it was playing slightly faster and the audio wouldnt play but when i matched it to 24 fps it worked again

Something's wrong. It won't import. There's no errors but it doesn't appear anywhere. Even on the timeline sound selection.

It will automatically load at the beginning of your animation, so if you're working with a lot of frames, maybe scrub back and see if it's there?
