i wish you would have zoomed out first and then zoomed into all the details because we couldn't see the tv from the distance so we couldn't see how the new design looked

Does Jayco or any aftermarket company offer a divider for the front area to section it off into a 2nd bedroom? It would make it much more practical if the kids go to sleep and the adults can still access the kitchen.
I don’t remember which RV brand it was, but one of the newer models offers a curtain partition that pulls around...that’s not really the same thing as a divider, but depending on your needs, it may be sufficient. Also, I’m pretty sure something could easily be made/DIY’d, and many rv manufacturers are willing to do custom additions- for a price of course and only if you’re purchasing/ordering brand new. I’d recommend searching online for full time rv families and checking out some of their rigs...my guess is someone has modified a FL set up to work in the way you’ve mentioned.
You do some great videos and in our planning to sell the house and RV full time, I get great information from your videos. *But* - please give someone else the camera so everything isn't a seasickness inducing closeup of everything. It's very difficult to get an idea of how the living room sits in relation to the kitchen for example when my nose is being shoved into every cabinet the RV has. A few things are worth zooming into, but sometimes I wish your arm was detachable and could be nailed to a wall so you could use the other one to point things out. A camera person would make the video much more appealing - or possibly a tripod, and you do the video in segments. BTW, on this model, the TV in the counter bridging the kitchen and living area is nice, but will get spilled on and you have to keep that counter clear just to be able to use it. I'd just not get that option. So far, that's the only real negative about this model.

I love the floor plan except for the bathroom and the huge chunk of waste of space between the sinks get rid of the windows put in a wardrobe would’ve worked perfectly with upper and lower hanging racks tons of hanging space?And the opening where the drawers are although smaller would’ve worked just fine
I LOVE THIS DESIGN THAT ALLOWS FOR 3 DISTINCT LIVING SPACES. WOULD YOU PLEASE CONFIRM IF THERE IS A SPOT FOR A DISHWASHER. ALSO, ABOUT ANY ADDITIONAL EXITS. YES, I HAVE SUBSCRIBED & LIKED. THANK YOU.
It looks amazing however, I have read lots of reviews on Jayco Rv`s they tend be poor manufacturing with leaks, nails coming out, wall separation etc. This model is gorgeous but the important thing is how was it made. Is it built to last or a money pit?
All RV's across the board will have its perks and flaws. These are rolling houses on wheels. These do not last forever. These require routine maintenance like any other large investment in order to last. Jayco has one of the best warranties and puts out some really cool products. It boils down to the user and what they intend to do with their purchase. Thank you for your feedback and support!
Sadly, you will read horror stories with all RV manufacturers. I own a 2020 Entegra Emblem 36H gas Motorhome which is manufactured in the Jayco plant and for all intentional purposes is in fact a Jayco. Same as the Jayco Precept Prestige 36H. Having said that, the quality of this unit is amazing and I’ve had virtually zero issues. I’ve been looking at switching to a 5th wheel for more space and to be more stationary and it’s honestly down to Alliance RV and Jayco. As much as there’sa huge buzz about Alliance right now, I’m still leaning towards Jayco for a number of reasons, one of which is their 2 yr warranty. BTW, great video, production and narration.
I'm not crazy about the fact that the theater seat is a step up from the living room, or the window behind it glaring at the tv screen, and how do you get to the bathroom when you're stopped at the rest area without putting the slides out? For me that's part of having a fifth wheel for camping and vacation is so I don't have to use the slides, or the nasty public toilets when I'm on the road and just need to stop for 5 minutes
Hey Jeff, this request happens often. I don't mention price because we get more than one of these in with various options swapped around. If I said a set price then another unit comes in with Full Body Paint and a Washer and Dryer I would get people trying to stick to a lower price and it would cause confusion across the board. I've always loved the front living but this is the first one I've seen where the love seat and TV were reversed. I like it.
This will be my next 5th wheel, love it. Especially the separation between the living room and kitchen.💖

there’s a half bath across from the entry door. One can access the toilet and refrigerator with slides in
